Excuse you but when have you seen an American celebrity or president or governor share their wealth with common people? They all talk game and floss their titles. These people inherited their wealth or married into it and can do whatever they want. Don't be jealous it's a sin.
Imani Strong Jealous, the Devil is a lie! That didn't come from God what you said, that came from self qwnz, don't throw spiritual things on those which are evil. You have an evil mindset. Did you ask me my thought process behind this? Did you read for understanding or did you read enough for a negative response? I'm sure you did the latter. Celebrities in America give out TONS of money. Steve Jobs gave away all of his fortune to charity for research regarding the form of cancer that he had. Oprah, Tyler Perry and pretty much all our black celebrities do some type of philanthropy. Even football players open up camps for the youth, Lebron just opened up a free school. America also is responsible for taking care of the world when there is a deficit pretty much. You asked the wrong question. America is not perfect, but simple google search can show you a LOT of philanthropy happens in the US. The wealthy get tax breaks for giving out money...remember that! Now regarding me, reread my post, cause you missed some major pieces of info before you responded so hatefully and ignorantly. The bottom line is, when we all link together and look out for one another in Godly love and stop hating ourselves, trying to change the color of our skin etc. We will be powerful and better off. We won't have countries of our ppl where the leaders have more than they'll ever be able to use while many of the citizens suffer in poverty. My Nigerian friends was speaking to this. Good day dear!
So if these powerful people exist why aren't they making noise to fight for what is right and fair for the black people?...and why is the motherland so poor and hungry...idk if I can like this video...plus I see alot of bleaching going on...hmm😒

Entertaiinment pro you completely missed the point. More people of Nigeria are featured than any other country in Africa. The expectation of many African countries being featured is produced when "Africa" is in the title. But, it's 90% Nigerian. So A MORE APPROPRIATE TITLE/DESCRIPTION WOULD CONTAIN NIGERIA! Smh. You completely missed that.
My dear video producer, real queens don’t need to lighten or bleach their skins. They will be an example to the realm they should protect against unnecessary diseases, yes my dear, a queen makes sacrifices! This is just an example... the other comments have really good ones as well.
M ern my reference is about the queens and princesses presented in the video. I do know about the diversity of languages, skin tone, religion, life philosophy and so on, that we have in the continent. Your comment is not aligned with what I said
Uche Cyril each individual can do whatever they want with no need of comparisons. If for someone to be considered or be known as a queen, needs to follow what others do, at least please take the good practices . Well, I also have to accept that we have different priorities; bleaching clothing and hair... for some!
@Neon Dawn Proverty is everywhere but it's worse in some counties than others. So I don't see why your stating that proverty is everywhere. I'm pretty sure everyone already knows it is. And people like you who think of proverty in African countries as 'no big deal' seem to not understand the suffering the people in these countries go through.
I see that the women have lighters skin then there husbands. I also noticed that they wear way to much bad make up. I would like to know if the women are educated, did they go to a university, and what degrees do they have. I would also like to know what are they doing to uplift the women in their country. What education programs do they have. I just see a lot of superficial things.
MAMA AFRICA but they are being praised as rulers when they obviously aren't doing a good job if they are portraying wealth while their country is marred by poverty.
kokolatte825 because all of the people in this video are from Yorubaland NOT all over Nigeria. People of royal lineage in Nigeria don’t distribute their wealth outside of their family, the same way Queen Elizabeth doesn’t distribute wealth outside her family
MAMA AFRICA But Queen Elizabeth has a much richer country and people in the UK when compared to poor Nigeria. So she doesn't have to share the wealth actually. The UK is one of the first world countries and in the top 10 richest countries in the world. Nigeria and its people is dead poor yet their Royals are billionaires and mega rich. The African logic is really beyond stupid. How can those extremely rich royals sleep at night when the overwhelming majority of Nigerians are dead poor. Smh
All these woman are VERY BEAUTIFUL and Smart. I wish we in America could see more African Excellence such as these beautiful Queens of Africa. Thank you for this post.
Worship God ... NOT WOMEN. While I certainly think they are beautiful ... let us remember one thing ... any woman would look good if they had the means to spend on nourishment, skin care, house help, and clothes without having to worry where the money comes from. So please, WORSHIP GOD ... not mere mortals.
You are so right. My mom was poor growing up. I often think if she had money and could have been educated what a different life we'd have. I am white by the way. you are right, all of that stuff helps keep the wrinkles ay bay. So easy to be beautiful if you have domestic help and plenty of money for beauty products. Thanks for pointing that out.
I understand the premise of this video, but I have to agree with the other commenters... You're filthy rich, but your people are starving, dying and in constant conflict! I'm not just a complaining critic; I've donated my time & money without the net worth of these Royals!
Most monarchs in parts of african countries actually do things for their people they just don't have the power to do much since their power was taken away from colonism. And they have to listen to the government so there's some things they're not really allowed to do. If they were in place of the government they'd definitely do more. Also what makes you think that people are starving and dying to that extent. Is it because of what you see on TV. Because that's not the case in most parts of these countries. There are many different kingdoms in each part of one country. You will notice that the bigger and more prominent kingdoms have towns that are better off than the smaller ones. So if an area is poorer it's more than likely also a smaller and less prominent kingdom. They do the best they can with what they are allowed. More than royalty in other parts of the world could. Also they don't boast about what they do or go around with cameras. Also our monarchs are more down to earth. You will find that you can meet with most of the monarchs in the palace, you just need to arrange it. Also our monarchs are pretty much like regular people. There's no royal funds so they work and have businesses. All the money they have is from their own efforts so like I said they can only do so much. Sometimes and for some parts the government may fund a kingdom but that's very rare. Most things can only really be done by community efforts (like donating towards a cause or starting organisations) when government aren't involved.
@Neon Dawn Girl, I'm Nigerian and I don't agree with you. See your fellow sister countries and people as sisters! Your standard of beauty isn't the same as that! One day my blog will prove that! mommi mommi, I respect that... These are undoubtedly BEAUTIFUL women and I love the fact that they are being "honored"; however, the fact they CLEARLY have bleached their skin is not only "false advertisement" of AUTHENTIC BLACK beauty; it gives off a negative representation of SELF-esteem and PRIDE for self, family, and our people...
The definition of beauty in this time and age is so skewed. If beauty means bleached skin, layers over layers of cake make up and material things, then this is not beauty. These ladies would be absolutely beautiful without all these things and their traditional apparel is absolutely regal without going over the top.
elite jedi star filthy dirty mouthed dog. Acceptance is hard and maybe you need to put all that cake in your face to get a man. I am well married for many years with the most amazing man. Yes! I did not need to bleach my skin and put cake in my face for him to like what he saw. I feel sorry for you that you think you have to do all of that to “pull a king.” Psssss

Love who you're in your own skin and natural hair. Its disheartening all of the skin bleaching it doesn't look natural. I love dark chocolate men, hell they could be black as midnight✨ know thy self be true💜
This really wasn't my envision of African queens. I was thinking more melanin beautiful exotic natural beauties. The lady in the thumbnail is stunning , that's what made me click.
if your are you would know that there are fair skinned people in Nigeria I literally have friend s who are extremely light naturally tho....but please do your research about ethnics before saying stuffs like this
You can never win with black ladies. She light, hair, vanity etc... and, then when you criticize them for criticizing they say black comes in all shades, hair texture and then I do whatever I please. As for the skin, queens and princess have to keep a low profile because the danger of funds. So, naturally the queen is lighter than the king, the king has to keep a high social appears to show dominance and power. The main idea by the host of this video is to show people the humility, wisdom and strength of this women rulers. Great video, learned a lot.
In New York a few years ago an exhibit was shown of the design work of African designers representing many countries and disciplines from architecture, fashion, industrial and product design. I believe it traveled to other cities too. The work was refreshing and eye opening. They were all well trained and used their skills and talents to fuse the aesthetics from their countries with international modernism. I would love to see people like those featured here with money and position embrace the new, instead of the tacky fake opulance they seem to love. Just as in the high fashion shows African and black models from the diaspora are featured to play to their strength and the result is stunning. There are lots of really sophisticated Africans these "queens" do not represent the best Africa has to offer.
Lipstick Africa Tv and for you to show other African queens you need to mention her? If it was your purpose then you have failed. I because what must of people understood it's your hatred against her. And Africa is not just Nigeria.!!!
Frances Wilson smh. I dont know anything about the shade being thrown at Megan or why there would be. I myself don't care about others opinions. I personally clicked on the video is because the realization that the only MODERN day royal courts ive ever really heard or seen anything about are European countries and the only black person of royalty i have actually heard of is Megan. If not for the title i may have never realized that. I see your point but the optimism in me and how i personally saw it i simply dont agree with you. Now rather or not these are good queens to their country i dont live there so i personally don't know. Even still it brings a smile to my heart to know that there are crowns that still sit upon africans heads.
Tiger Lilly i know she is biracial. But in America she is black. Former President Obama is mixed but they consider him the first "BLACK" president. Many people of african descent in america are more European than than they are black but you would still consider them black without question. Smh im not sure why calling her black hurt your feelings but you will be alright......
@Tiger Lilly i personally can't do anything about the hypocrisy of other people. All i have to go by is what i was taught. If you are part black then you are black. Im sorry that you were hurt by me referring to her as black im even more sorry that you find being called black is offensive.
Now you remember them after Meghan Markle. I mean it's a nice gesture but it comes off as jealousy of some sort. If you really honoured these princesses, the video won't be made to throw off another princess or even mentioning her name. These Princesses deserve honour within their own context. Doing it this way is small thinking
Ell' Nem "with their instagram educations" 😂😂. Sad but true. The intention is good but the way they went about it and the title is just really off putting. It's sad that these women's importance had to be recognized this way especially since they've been there all along. I see it as disrespecting them actually. Why the comparison
I am so glad someone did a video on African royalty. I saw a special on Nightline a few years back saying there was just one royal family lefted in Africa that made me feel real depressed. I am glad Africa still have royalty just like Europe. The continent that raped Africa dry.
These women are of natural birth and right of Nigeria, Africa. Megan Markle can't compare. Megan's wedding was beautiful but she doesn't have a clue to who and how this nation of people she married into really sees her. But she will quickly learn if she cares to see what is reality.
I was so happy to watch this video because I thought they were African queens and princesses like your caption say just to watch only queens and princesses that are not only they only from Nigeria but only Nigerians know about them. Is Nigeria the only country in Africa now tchuips?
Most of the articles about Kate Middleton focus on what she is wearing or her hair and that doesn’t seem to be a problem. Having said that, the title was misleading.
What the colorism is going on in Nigeria!!! Lets smile about it ;) But really this was a unique and well produced video, produce more. NIgeria seems to be a interesting place.
@cocoa kisses Oh my you obviously don't understand the gods or jesus. There are no false gods because if you believe then they are all real. To put one above the other is tantamount to arrogance which your god would frown upon.

Love Me their motherland is not poor. Take a trip for yourself. Every country in this world have it poor side. That doesn't means the whole population are poor.
Yawn😴
Hahaha.those. women are not Royal there just Nollywood actress they just nag their husbands there nothing else.

Yaa Fowaa trust me they are so poor, it's not like everywhere else, even those rich people know how hard life is there, I've lived there and I've traveled many countries in Africa and I was born there, people are very very poor
Most of them look very selfish and self centered. And I agree, what are they doing for their people?
Mist of them are mit beautiful
Nothing. Just talk talk
I'm sorry what do you know? Everything we have been taught about Africa is a damn lie. The only culture that was taken was from the africans that were enslaved in the americas. And there are some reminants. The majority of them never forgot who they were.
I guess that's something you need to research. Everything you see on TV isn't true about Africa.
@@JC-wh6gy the thing is the kings and queens in africa sold the people to the white men

Nigerian Queens would be more accurate than African
R14iify Yoruba queens *
nigeria is a african country
Entertaiinment pro heeheeheee, tell them. It stated African, its not just Nigeria, it African nations.
Smh. You completely missed that.
jevon walcott tell them what?! You guys completely missed the point. Read my comment above.
My dear video producer, real queens don’t need to lighten or bleach their skins. They will be an example to the realm they should protect against unnecessary diseases, yes my dear, a queen makes sacrifices! This is just an example... the other comments have really good ones as well.
Claudia Veiga well said hun
Not necessarily Nigerians are not one ETHNIC group they have Arabic ,North African ,Egyptians, east African lineage.
Well, I also have to accept that we have different priorities; bleaching clothing and hair... for some!
Claudia Veiga I thought black comes in different shades, you speak like black women are one skin colour
....while many citizens struggle in poverty.
This is sadly true. Too much corruption in the nairaland
@@lunanova6651 But why worried about other people's probkems when you haven't solved yours? Hypocrisy at its best

WONDERFULLY DONE! THANKS FOR SHOWCASING SUCH HONORABLE BEAUTY RARELY PRESENTED IN MAINSTREAM MEDIA!

Jessica Reed many African s are always highly educated
Probably notAcademicians, just married and sharing their husbands with their other wives! Don't need to have a degree for that!!
And i can see you are fat as hell and can barely fit into your profile picture. Hit the gym four eyes.
We have different shades in Africa too jeez the ignorance
Americans n ignorance
So here is the Nigerian wealth at. Meanwhile, the majority of Nigerians are poor af. Well done Africans. smh
That’s not the point of the video mumu
MAMA AFRICA live the idoit joor .the person could not just read the title
Smh
Taking these bleached babes away. I have to admit that you have a captivating voice well spoken. Blessed.
All these woman are VERY BEAUTIFUL and Smart. I wish we in America could see more African Excellence such as these beautiful Queens of Africa. Thank you for this post.

Exactly what I was looking for
I understand the premise of this video, but I have to agree with the other commenters...
💎 Thanks for sharing, I am home......stay kind
I'm so glad that there are beautiful African American females that can be royal

mommi mommi, I respect that...
There is really nothing wrong with makeup, plastic surgery is what you need to worry about, not the foundation and bronzer. Their dresses are absolutely stunning as well as their headdresses.

Beautiful Queens, thanks for the upload. Powerful, strong and confident women!
I love how the last one raises important issues like poverty with a different Hermes bag in every shot...
Love this comment
Why the hate on Megan? Sad
#TruthJuice♨️ no hate, we are simply showing the world other African queens
Megan doesn't identify herself as African or black so what's the problem?
hOpE cHiLd even if she would, she still isn't African though lol, she is white

Lipstick Africa Tv and for you to show other African queens you need to mention her? If it was your purpose then you have failed. I because what must of people understood it's your hatred against her. And Africa is not just Nigeria.!!!
VERY Inspiring!!
Impressive and beautiful
Megan is mentioned not because anyone dislikes her but as a way of saying she is not the only black queen/princess in the world.
Smh im not sure why calling her black hurt your feelings but you will be alright......
cheeks221987 Thank you o! How can somebody hate Meghan? It's not possible.
@Tiger Lilly i personally can't do anything about the hypocrisy of other people. All i have to go by is what i was taught. If you are part black then you are black. Im sorry that you were hurt by me referring to her as black im even more sorry that you find being called black is offensive.
@elite jedi star im sorry you feel that way

Now you remember them after Meghan Markle. I mean it's a nice gesture but it comes off as jealousy of some sort. If you really honoured these princesses, the video won't be made to throw off another princess or even mentioning her name. These Princesses deserve honour within their own context. Doing it this way is small thinking

I am so glad someone did a video on African royalty. I saw a special on Nightline a few years back saying there was just one royal family lefted in Africa that made me feel real depressed. I am glad Africa still have royalty just like Europe. The continent that raped Africa dry.
It was not. There are hundreds of Royal Families on the African continent.
This sucks these ladies were all married in. I was hoping to hear more blood daughter queens/ princesses.
You mean blood society deemed as 'more special' when it's all the same at the end of the day? Oh okay.
