Hi Mate 😊 I’m back… thank you for this video… great info… as for my landcruiser, it’s been a year later and still no go… changed out the EFI relay, the car started straight away… drove it for 13kms, turn her off and back to the same problem… crank with no start… my brother rewired the EFI and swapped out the relay and yay, she started again… drove her for 2 days, and yep, you guessed it back to no start. I’m not sure if the 95 had an O2 sensor or earthing problem… Love your videos, I appreciate all the advice you give and will check all you have said here… Thank you again, I will be back when the problem is solved to let you know 😊🌻🙏 my landcruiser is auto, petrol 😊
I enjoy your videos when I actually have the time to take them in. Like most of us time is not our friend. At any rate I think you ought to patent a fuel camera! Sometimes a little slip of the tongue is ahead of its time! By the way, I'm still looking for an 80's series that is affordable with proper documentation related to maintenance and with decently low mileage. I know, sort of looking for a needle in a haystack but sometimes one exists. Take care, Rolland
Hey mate, anyone who puts up helpful car tips is a legend. Appreciate your time🤝. so just bought me self 100series 1fz-fe auto trans it’s off my mates dad with low ks and he hadn’t driven for about 6 months. I drove it home fine. Now can’t start again, I did a oil change and put new spark plugs in it and fuel filter and still not starting. Any thoughts on what it might be from what you know.
I have a 94 80 series with gas 4.5L engine and automatic transmission. I have a problem with it not starting when it has been raining all day. It cranks but won't fire. I've replaced the plug wires, distributor cap.
Sounds like water is getting is somewhere. Almost like it is leaking into the engine bay and affecting either coil, pre-igniter system or into the relay box
I’m not sure about the igniters in the different models. I would see if she has spark at the plugs while cranking. If she does it’s fuel and I would start at the fuel pump. Sometimes bashing the fuel tank using a rubber mullet with the key on can get a dodgy fuel pump working. Just like bashing a dodgy starter motor can often get it moving. But they’re are so many things that can cause it not to start, it’s hard to pinpoint without seeing it.
Hey mate, need your help. Mates 80 was driving then all of a sudden while driving just stopped running and now when you try and start it it wont start but makes a ticking sound but wont start ? Any ideas ?
The fuel Camera haha! Sounds like something I would say as well hahaha. Cheers for the video

Could be 1 of 3/4 things
Starter motor short , Fuseable link off the positive side of the battery, could be the pre-ignitior system .
