    Just found your channel. Subscribed. I am fortunate (or unfortunate) enough to be the son of a PI Lawyer. I am a PI lawyer myself. I don't think people understand how good Rick Friedman is in the courtroom. "Rules of the Road" by Mr. Friedman is a must read for anyone who ever wants to try a case. Period. Thank you for bringing all of this information to lawyers young and old!

      Does ego slickness cut any ice with juries these days if the case is not presented in a way that basically connects in a human way with any given jury? I don't think so.

    Trial work is a very stressful line of work. Most attorneys who have done litigation work 20+ years look like they have had strokes, heart attacks and high blood pressure etc.
