I travelled twice to Vietnam twice after covid, hanoi is capital for Vietnam, ho chi minh city is full of life, street food (heaven for non vegetarian), party till 6am, close to 4 beaches, 4 days in ho chi minh city, BTW no need of rtpcr or antigen make sure you take medical insurance, evisa, I have spent around 1200 for hostel stay at district 1

If you apply online at Immigration website, it costs $25 US/ person. Pay more if you book through a third party but they take all responsibility in getting your visa granted.
