Really enjoyed that Joe, feel like I work there watching these every week. Some nice stock you have, that Passat looks lovely. Sad to hear you have lost staff but im sure you will cope 😁.
Joe getting mad standing there. (Joe's head) you mean I've just paid for someone to drill off the locking wheel nuts and the key was in the car all along. I feel the pain and the fury.
I wasn't shocked to see Josh and Jordan are the ones that have left. I know we only see a part of what goes on but i could see that things were souring. In any business its important that people have "rapport" with each other which includes doing things without being asked , mucking in as a team and also being helped without needing to ask? very much a 2 way street and also a top down as well as a bottom up! And i could see that some people had more "rapport" that others! I do wish Josh and Jordan well though sometimes people just don,t get on with there fellow workers! That happened to me a couple of times which is why when looking for a job i go more on the vibe of the place and when i have recruited its more about if i think the potential person will fit in to the existing team.
Best of luck to the lads. Shame Josh didn’t grab the transport opportunity and run with it, could have made it work I reckon. I do still wonder what Dan does? Not meant in a bad way at all, genuinely curious!
I have noticed a couple of times when the cars have been loaded for delivery, they still have moss on the underside of the rear bumper. Not a game changer but me noticing that on a video means that someone at your place standing there should notice it as well. I think it's important that stuff like that is dealt with because when handing over to the customer it's a really big deal for them... it's "new car day". I'd hate to receive a car that I felt the dealer didn't give a monkeys about - just a psychological thing I guess. I reckon trimming some of the staff and becoming a more "intimate" operation might work wonders for things like that because people become more involved in all aspects of the delivery ... me, if I was an employee, I'd carry a cloth to make sure the customer was getting a pristine motor on their driveway and I think your business would become more highly regarded because of it. Detail counts and you're all on the same team at the end of the day, it's in their interests to go above and beyond to keep money coming in. Thank you for coming to my TED talk 😂😂 Great videos by the way.
Glad to have been subscribed for ages, as the content is top-notch. With the Fiat 500, I would speak to James at Chops Garage. You're a top man doing the raffle. Good luck to Josh and Jordan. Why not add the best employee of the week or worst car brought.
That's interesting you sponsor motor racing. I sponsored Rob Austin in the British touring cars in around 2013 I think it was, with my previous construction company. The hospitality was brilliant but financially wasn't a good return on investment LOL
Hey Dale. I have heard this many times. That's why we create partnerships with companies such as Joe's and ensure we work together to see us all win. If you want to get involved. Let me know!!
Brilliant entertainment so you'd like an alternative to best car sold & best car bought. How about the Biggest problem & the Biggest success of the week, this would cover cars sales, buying cars, picking up cars, servicing issues etc. etc.
Anither cracking weekly, love the bit when dan was going about wheels and Joe's stood behind thinking someone get me out of here ffs😂good that jordan and josh have gone as you could see in jish face hes wasn't into it and jordan well he was just lazy andsik all the time so hopefully if you replace them you get people that actually want to work as you seem like a cool boss tbh👍
I’ve been trying to work out for a while who Joe reminds me of. And now the penny has dropped.. It’s Arthur Lowe the actor who played Captain Mainwaring in Dad’s Army.. Anyone else struck by the uncanny resemblance?! (With glasses on). Answers in the comments please..😊. Henceforth we have Joe known as Captain Mainwaring..
Germany is now the third biggest economy in the world. And being a massive manufacturing economy it seems like a good place to start a career. Having said that, they'll be working with a military machine that's currently committing genocide so it's different horses for different courses.
@@LCOF Yeah that's why I find it surprising, it's a heavily industrial nation with a speciality in cars/mechancial stuff along with rest of eastern Europe, hence I find it surprising they import British talent lol. Sadly can't disagree with the last point, alas it's the world we now live in. Didn't JFK warn us about the power of the miltrairy industrial complex, war is a business sadly & working class kids are disposable fodder.
@ShiftingMetal its the petrol engine ones I've had most trouble with, I wasn't on the tools for that long but the 3 I had, 2 Fiats Punto and 500 and a MiTo had the same fault. And 1 had just had a starter motor, the MiTo was sat for ages. The connections often go all green too
Hi joe Don’t you think it’s ironic that the two people you tried to help with business opportunities have now decided to leave you Do you think they hoped you would carry them because of your business success..! Respect 👍
Bloody fiat grrrr mr mrs has one and never known such shoddy build quality, and problems like oil seals leaking in less than 16 k. I hope you get it fixed.
got to the end boy its a long week lol you considered my car vw golf r auto est version 7.5 67 plate i guess i am keeping it for ever lol. better then that passat or fiat , that range rover does not look bad but insurance is a no no lol .
Hi Joe great to see you getting involved with Motor Sport thanks😊
My favourite TH-cam channel atm, I love the weekly update ones, keep up the good work.

Thanks mate, yes it was a business decision. Too many cooks etc
All the best to Josh and Jordan. Shall miss them on the channel but like everything in life there is a time to move on.
Glad it’s not Toby going 🎉 good luck Josh and Jordan
Top man doing the raffle for jack
easy way to fix that FIAT - either TopDon hooked up to it or a call to James at Chops as he knows all their quirks lol
Great video can't wait to see the video about the racing team you sponsor
Yeah should not of traded that Nissan. Id like "Biggest Instant Buyers Remorse" , you know that second you win a bid and instantly wonder why

I love both the guys but it wasn’t working the way it was. No doubt needed better management but I don’t have time to do that currently
I wondered who had gone and why. Glad you told us. I know you had said that your were 2 down in another video
I swear Jordan always seems to be anti doing work 😄
Glad I don't have shares in a cable tie manufacturer now Jordan's leaving !!! - good luck to him in his new career of course 😊

That fiesta was same engine that Clarkson ripped round indoor shopping centre chased by an American muscle car. Excellent engine and nice fiestas then
Ill always laugh at a well made jab at my beige stock bud lol!

Worst car bought?
Do you mean you think he sells bad cars?
Lol 😂obviously not, but that’s what it sounds (reads) like.

Another great video. Thanks 👍.
Omg a TAG watch, always wanted one…was going to buy one for my wedding in september but never did!
Most people move to Australia, Dubai, Canada etc...meanwhile in Berrow it seems everyone has a thing for foreign American military bases in Germany 😂

Bet the Fiat had loose or poor connection on starter motor. I've had a few Fiat's, MiTos etc do the same.
That’s interesting! It’s gone to Fiat now!

To be fair to them, it was my choice, not theirs!
You need varifocals

Joe just a tip try not talk or interview on cam with your hands in your pocket doesn't look very professional!!
👌👌
There’s no such thing as selling a easy car joe unless your a trader there will never understand
I must've missed something. What is going on with Josh and Jordan?
We had to make some staff cutbacks and they’ve lined themselves up some work in Germany 🇩🇪
@@ShiftingMetal I hope everything is going good with the business. Looking forward to many many more videos and shenanigans.
