- Eldora is one of Colorado's smaller ski resorts but has a large ski resort feel. The overall vibe and energy are what make this resort special as well as a Woodward Terrain park that competes with every large ski resort's terrain park.

Can someone please show the employees this video. Giving props to work ethics is biggest compliment you can give anyone. Getting compliments from customers is something you can't put a price on.
As a former Eldora lifty, your comments made me stoked. The trick is to work as hard as you ride, and ride as hard as you work. Going to share this with the crew.
The only rank I disagree with is the ease of access although the road I will admit can be sketchy at times the fact that you don’t have to take I-70 at any point should make the score higher I had about 11 days here last year and never once was it backed up unless they close the road due to the parking lots being full. Even then you go get breakfast in Nederland and it will be open by the time you’re done.
There was one wednesday powder day last season where I tried going to eldora and it was backed up halfway down boulder canyon at 6 am. I ended up driving 2 hours the other way to a bay. Granted I live in boulder and had almost 30 days at eldora last season, so it was bound to happen at some point. I still find the canyon sketchier than i70 and usually go to the other ikon resorts even though its an extra hour drive, the terrain is always better and the wind at eldora kills me.
Today I was trying to go to Copper and both I-70 and 285 were closed, so I hot-tailed it to Eldora and made it there without any issue! Love this resort and will definitely be back!
That kid he uses for an example in the beginning would be awesome to be in a series of a TH-camr you like.

You should try going over to westridge and salto glades on the backside, there so much fun. Also I’m on the ski team and I love it so much, the coaches are great and always help ski to the best of our abilities.
I love EMSC!!!! the waterfall is definitely my favorite drop on westridge.
As far as accessibility, not criticizing your score or defending Eldora, let’s face it, it’s not that great compared to all of what our area has to offer. However, for anyone who does not live by all the other resorts, i.e. anywhere around Denver, anywhere east of where I-70 starts going up west of Denver, during peak season on weekends, when traffic is usually TERRIBLE on 70, Eldora’s accessibility is about a 9. Not the greatest resort but an hour and 20 min from let’s say Aurora, and much less from other surrounding areas compared to who knows how many hours of traffic on 70, Eldora is prime when it comes to “but at least you don’t have to get on I-70”. Which is huge for ikon pass holders in the area that wake up in the morning see a ton of red on google map app on 70, and just say well looks like Eldora it is. Not being critical just something to consider for majority of Colorado snowboarding/skiing population (most live in Denver/areas around Denver.

I drove up to Eldora a few days ago and they were doing all sorts of construction on their parking lot. An employee told me they were adding 800 new parking spaces but I couldn't tell if they were paving them or not

Eldora can be SICK on powder days! Been skiing 40+ years. Two of my best days ever were at Eldora! But, most of the time it's just decent. Good value.
