Literally looked up this video after having a bad first day at my first trade show. Thanks for the tips, trying them out tomorrow.

Will, I have been using your content in helping train and prepare our virgin sales team for their first face to face event next week. You are a superstar and our guys love your content and videos. Keep it up !

Great collection of trade show tips, Will. I spent about 3.5 years as the sales manager of an association whose members were trade show and event industry professionals. During that time I attended a number of large shows in support of new and existing members. Most exhibitors missed opportunities to connect with and convert attendees because they lacked a systematic approach to sales and prospect engagement!

Really helpful video, I am planning to go to Web Summit. As a fresher, I was very confused what should I do an event like this. Thank you, man. You deserve more views.

I oversee an event marketing district that covers the north end of my state and the southside of our neighboring state. Events every week. And it is no joke. Must be prepared! Tip #1 - double-check if you can setup a day or two before the event. If so - do it! The last thing you want is to be rushing to setup 1 hour before the event starts. Tip #2 - Be comfortable. Standing all day is exhausting. Tip # 3 - ENGAGEMENT. Most vendors are sitting down and staring at their phone. DON'T BE THAT PERSON. Tip # 4 - KNOW YOUR PRODUCT. Tip # 5 - HAVE FUN. People want to talk to people that are having fun.

What is your recommendation for sourcing them, like the one's that fits best for our industry how to source it?

great vid. Your no sex advice made it so much funnier, but now I don't feel like I can send your video to colleagues and clients who can benefit from it, in case you know, they take it the wrong way 😅
