Why was the torque so low? My stage 1 M140 is dynod at 434bhp and 663nm. Bhp only gives your top-end speed it is the torque that gives you acceleration.
Ill never go meth unless you go for a big turbo setup. You could have just gotten a pumaspeed x37 setup and make 520-530 with just the downpipe and the TU pump.
I mean, it's a lot of work and could cause potential problems for less than 10whp gained - not forgetting that you need to continuously top the meth up . Still good for Draggy times I guess.

You're running meth for consistency rather than reliability so for a 50/50 mix on a non meth dependant map your power makes sense. 520 would be an E30 map sort of number so I'd imagine you'd do that if you was on a meth dependant map.
For the money luke would you just fit a upgraded charge cooler radiator instead of meth to lower intake temps after seeing that the gains were not as great as expected? Really enjoyed your vid as this is the next step I've been looking at. Not been able to find much info on going meth dependant or not so answered alot of my questions for me🤓👌

What no one talks about is Meth even in a 50/50 mix will corrode Aluminium and the pumps fail a fair bit as well..

Turbo can normally do around or abut over 500 with meth.

What was the reason that you went stage 2 plus meth, instead of slapping on a hybrid turbo? It would also easily produce more than 500hp
Upgraded turbo would make 600+, and I’m unsure if I want to go to that extent (yet)
Meth should also give more consistent performance with much lower IAT's when your ripping it.

Where was your car tuned/dyno’d?
@@hampshirephoto It's a BM3 stage 1 93+ map and then I had it dyno'd at a local place to check what power it was putting out.

You know what Luke. I actually do rate the wrap such an iconic wrap within the racing world and think it suits the 140 very much.
I still can't decide on an lsd. For example if I'm going along at 30 40 and stamp the floor does it help alot then? Or more in turning?
Wavetrack lsd, gives the car more control when back end is sliding eaiser to control, watch regal auto sport video on lsd for the m135i and 40i
