The black pin is automatically added with every order. It doesn’t show up when customising in design lab.

I’m not sure what you mean by the buttons from behind but the d-pad is gold. The paddles are also gold.

No. Buttons are still trash. You will still need to buy another one after a year of heavy gaming.
