TCGplayer: "What do you do to prepare for Cyber Weekend?" Mason: "We don't do anything" TCGplayer: "Great! Make a video of the best things to do" Me: Huh?
AUDIT, thats our primary focus before hand. We printed a condensed csv of our top 1,000 cards for MTG, Yugioh, PKMN. We managed to fit each one on 10 pages front and back, so we have 30 pages double sided for a full audit of our top selling cards. We plan to be done with that next week. doing 5 pages a day.
Those Roca machines are bad a$$! 👍 I like the Mass Price option. This way we don’t have to manually adjust prices on the daily bases. As a novice Pokémon collector, the mobile camera scan is a great tool process to use. Thanks Mason!
Is that free shipping thing a new button? I’ve always used dynamic shipping before and set it to zero, so it charges shipping on orders under five dollars. How does this differ?
Mason, have you used any document scanners with QuickList? I use a ScanSnap, and I find using it to be sluggish as I keep having to go back to it and fix things. I wonder how it compares to an overhead camera like you've shown.
Hey this is Piper from PCA Toys, we have talked a few times before. How much more effective is the ROCA over other sorters like the Magic Sorter or Magic Tower? TCG keeps trying to push it on us.
First! Love the enthusiasm Mason! 2ndly, then reason sellers don’t list cards with lower shipping is because of the cost to ship, the total fees taken, and the money loss that is incurred. 3rd, how about a video in collaboration with TCGplayer on how to correctly and effectively set up Mass Price. Or, instead of the same options for losing cards, more effective ways to sort your cards to list quickly. I feel like these would be better videos than just be a mouth piece. Don’t get me wrong, huge fan of you and CNA, I’m working towards opening a store and I do believe TCGplayer is the way to do that, but I’d expect a little more help, than fluff here.
Closing my doors and listing the store, brb
this is basically what im doing this season... haha
Same lol
Holy crap, Rob and kitchentable in the comment section, it's like seeing celebrities

As far as set priority for listing, would you recommend listing the newest set items first? Or are there more popular sets that you have seen?
That stock music incredible
