The game was incredible, the way it panned out. Usually the commentators go over the top when talking about the magic of the cup, but this was one of the best cup games I've seen in like 20 years. What a game!
Fair play to them. Two great goals on the break. They rode there luck a bit with us hitting wood work etc. Good luck to them in the next round still magic in the cup
Well done Maidstone. I know the English level of football lower leagues to top of pyramid is alot higher skill gap then the Scottish lower leagues to top of pyramid. But congratulations to Maidstone for making last 16 FA Cup and also congratulations to Bonnyrigg Rose for reaching last 16 in Scottish Cup and getting a great tie away to Aberdeen for a chance of QF spot.. I hope both Maidstone and Bonnyrigg pull of the big upsets because this is why we love our game of football, anything can happen on any given day on the good old FA Cup and Scottish Cup. This is why super leagues should never exist or we will never get chance in near future to see the likes of Maidstone and Bonnyrigg pulling of the massive shock upsets in a Cup for part time clubs. don't ruin our beautiful game of football for any Super leagues. We want the BIG UPSETS in the cups to happen. That's the beauty of the glorious game!!
