Brilliant video as ever! I love seeing guest regiments with their band on guard!

      Cheers for that matey.
I am the same with the liking for the combined guest band and guard events. Very often get great shows from the combination.Exception being when their Guard unit hangs back for the press to take their pics. Can be a challenge when the Band is already heading into the castle while the Guard are just passing the Victoria statue. LOL

That actually isn't the regimental band. Shown here is the band of the Royal Canadian Artillery, with the guard comprised of soldiers from 3 Bn, The Royal Canadian Regiment.
The RCA band is easily the best in our military, and often represent us overseas.

Hey. You're welcome, Sir. It is not often that the media, indeed any
outside broadcaster, covers these 'non royal' events in Windsor.
It is just a few of us amateurs jogging up and down the hill filling
the gap in the historical record... when we can.

    The marches are:
    Canada Overseas - JM Gayfer
Standard of St George - K Alford
Great Little Army - K Alford
St Catharines - G Offen (quick march of the RCR. As they enter Castle)
    British Grenadiers
Voice of the Guns - K Alford
    Canada Overseas - JM Gayfer
Standard of St George - K Alford
Sad that they go right into Greatcoat Order after such a brief appearance in full dress.

Cheers Meadowlands1937. Much obliged to you, Sir. Wish that I could have stuck it out for the duration of the Voice of the Guns, but the street scene made my position anywhere along the High St. past the Guildhall rather untenable.
And yes, it is a pity about the Greatcoat Order, although to my credit I am as colour blind as a bat. Grey rather suits my narrow electromagnetic spectrum view of the world :) Have a good week !

    Voice of the Guns;

Thanks for video; some nice marches, but when you're used to the household regiments, the protracted intro into them is quite wearisome. Also, no Grenadier's Return from what I heard.
