Yeah but we honestly don’t need more of the series just because they are greenlitting the other 3. I would much rather have Ben 10, OG teen titans and galactic kids next door come in.
I like Steven universe but I don’t think we need more of the series because it had its time during its run especially in the future spin off, even though nowadays Cartoon Network is all about spinoffs and revivals. However I’m hearing class of 3000 is planning a revival comeback by having Andre 3000 be on board if it’s confirmed.
Future wasn't a spin-off, it was an epilogue. You know, like when in a movie they show us that bit of the future at the end, so like, in romcoms when they show us how the couple us doing decades later, that kinda thing.
@jayjaybulldog9180 I still want more craig of the creek there are still teen future and mentor adult future to come across and even if a new ideas would be made im sure people will be inspired by Craig of the creek to make a silce of life series of their own like recess and kids next door did for craig

I’m hearing all the weird crazy stuff from the fanbase making fun of other fans art style for no reason😅. I would much rather have Ben 10, OG teen titans and galactic kids next door come in.
And Steven Universe Future wasn't supposed to be a sequel, nor was it a spin-off. It was an epilogue. If you don't know what an epilogue is, you should look it up, but essentially an epilogue is an ending. It provides a peek into the future, hence the name.
I think the show ended perfectly with Steven moving and being his own person. Steven Universe doesn't need a revival. It's one of the best shows I've watched on Cartoon Network. It has a good ending, and doesn't need to continue on.
Steven Universe… I remember when it premiered, born in Check It 3.0. It creates a certain contrast to see it so far removed from the series that were born in 1.0. The thing with SU is its story, it has a fairly limited universe and when it was established that the Gems were the greatest threats in the universe, being more about them than other species, there was little else to do. Sugar also did not give it that focus of facing increasingly stronger enemies, but rather facing greater emotional problems. How that turned out is another discussion. This is why AT can return without many issues, there are still many things loose. RS returns because after all it is a comedy. SU has nothing more to offer. In fact, Sugar suggesting that the public make noise is because she knows that there is not much interest. This is normal. For example, although Over the Garden Wall is a gem (lol), I would not like it to return. It did a good job in mini-series and will be remembered for what it is. It's good that it existed, but once is enough. Same SU, it's already ten years old, it's part of the trends of the moment (Tumblr, etc...) and for better or worse, I remember it well there. By the way, a reminder: th-cam.com/video/1aPnIGGrWOU/w-d-xo.html
I want more SU Future 🥺 i love it so so much-- i relate to Steven So Much!! I want to see more of him as an adult. SU Future is extremely valuable!! It shows the real harm that being the "manic pixie dream person" does. It shows that you can only do that for so long-- and afterwards, you need a LOT of therapy when you fall apart. 😭
@@AuroraSilverFox I like Steven universe as well, but just because they are greenlitting the other 3 doesn’t mean this has to, it ended perfectly just like regular show did. Plus over the years I’ve been seeing stuff about the fanbase making fun of other fans art style from the show itself.

If Rebecca sugar wants to return the series, it will probably happen eventually. Especially with Cartoon Network’a focus of preexisting properties. As long as they make it work, I won’t mind a new series. In other news, cartoon network’s library on max I think is going to completely vanish regrading the recent news.
Personally, I'd love a revival. Jump forward 10 years, and show us Steven and Connie as adults now. Tackle more mature content. Hell, do it on Adult Swim.
Lets not forget that both Steven Universe and Garnet were in the MultiVersus Video Game and Comic Series, too

But I guess it was rushed and things happened too fast

I have an idea: a Steven universe prequel series centered around pink Diamond: The Pink Diamond Chronicles
@@JohnJohnsonJr This is why Cartoon Network needs to bring in new original ideas.
