bro its either 72 ppi with rgb (internet) or 300 ppi with cmyk color (print) for the internet purpose only 300ppi do nothing apart from unnecessarily enlarging the file
You're absolutely right! For web or internet use, 72 ppi with RGB color is more than sufficient. Using 300 ppi for web images will only increase file size without any noticeable improvement in quality. Stick with 72 ppi for web and reserve 300 ppi with CMYK color for print purposes.
