Just a quick tip for those of us that put ink in the wrong screens (all the time), add to your artwork (in the corner) what color goes in that screen. You can always tape it off. It just saves you from standing there with your screen and film trying to remember which one is which. Or maybe I'm dyslexic and I'm the only one who struggles with this. IDK.
Thanks for all the info you put out there. I am presently starting my retirement business and something I can hand off to my grandson, I really love art and putting ink on garments. This halftone info helps me a lot thanks my friend. God Bless
I don't work in this field anymore but I've always found it interesting to follow. I worked for a while for the company that invented edible images and used to do the reclaiming and mending of screens as well as making the screens for production. Great video! Instant sub from me.
Taino ink, you are a very talented skilled printer, I enjoy all of your video's, thankyou also for your positive messages, God is our solution to all of our problems.
How long you let your emulsion dry before exposure I keep having issues when washing i start getting bubbles I have already done 30 screens wash and reclaim I can’t get a half tone I’m using a hex light 500 watt I tried 4:45 min 5 min 6 min 7 min 12 min but I keep getting bubbles the temps heres are 40 and humidity 50 I let the emulsion dry for overnight sometimes it be dry in a couple hours I just don’t get it man would appreciate any help thanks
I see you had text on the screen as well. Is the font a vector image and the character a raster image? want to learn how to have have both on one image if possible
Lower mesh count screens have larger openings that allow more ink to flow through, while higher mesh count screens allow for finer details in your printing but with less of a coating of ink.
@@Scratchboardproductions no, that’s pretty high but I’d also try not flooding and just doing the pull and see how that works out, just from my experience with halftones

Your welcome
Great videos, however, can you give us the technical stuff left behind? Screen mesh? CMYK channel used for stencil? Halftone DPI (dots per inch)?

Thanks man..always appreciate hearing your thoughts and insight.

Hi, but on the black T-shirt, we could use the negative frame as the base, and the positive with another colour to make a duo-tones, do you agree?
Agree 👍
Good education sir. Much appreciated. Need one of those shirts.
Hey my man thank you for the teaching lesson, this is was I wanted to do and now I got thanks to you my brother
Nice job man 👏🏼👏🏼 What kind of emulsion are you using for those halftones thanks
thanks bruh, this is what i needed all along
I understand the invert is wrong but nowadays thermal invert is dope. People love the thermal look
What was your exposure time to burn the image into the 230 mesh?
Where do you get your images? 🤔
Can you use the positive film on any color shirt besides black? And can you do different colors with no problem???
Great video, clearly explains the concept.
Why does the white come out so good on black shirt but not when I do it? You made two swipes. Usually takes two coats

What kind of ink are you using for the white shirt ?
You can print both colors together for gray t shirt.
I see you had text on the screen as well. Is the font a vector image and the character a raster image? want to learn how to have have both on one image if possible
What software do you use to edit your images
Taino, can you please point to the best video for screen printing halftones on whites please.

With the resolution 10x12 in, can I print on an XL t-shirt U know?
Rest in peace!!! 🌅
How do you keep the shirt side of the screen from building up a ton of ink. Mine always gathers ink and ruins the halftone after a few prints

@@omarp.3929 is 230 considered a low mesh count?
