Glitch productions and the smg4 channel as a parent youtube channel has come far in the last 10 or so years. I can't believe that it all started with two brothers who wanted to create a channel of reused memes lol. Huge thanks to Kevin & Luke for making youtube gems like meta runner and Murder Drones. Keep up the good work.
WHAT THE HECK I DID NOT SEE THIS COMING- also, I agree w/ you on this. I don’t rlly feel like it belongs there and it should stay to TH-cam so can be more unique and not just like every other show
I mean I agree but they expressed they still have full control of it and Netflix is just gonna also have the episodes alongside TH-cam. So really Glitch gets more people watching and more money from Netflix paying to stream it.
This is so amazing to see indie's animation becoming big today. It's sad company's are sadly lossing their creativity, Glitch is now the next genertation, with silly vids we see on TH-cam, to now Netflix, it; a huge step. TADC going to Netflix, I truly do agree with them. I hope MD do get shorts or Animinz figures in the future.
At this point GLITCH is just the new Hollywood. I use to love Hollywood animation, And now I moved on from it kinda..... But I love Indie Animation way more now! 😍
It’s hard sometimes to balance what you promised in terms of being a proper indie animation studio, and the reality of running a business that needs to take as many opportunities to grow as it possibly can.
They are still a prope indie studio. They aren't outsourcing, aren't ditcting the cast or writers, and they didn't sell the show. Glitch has complete control.
While this is big for indie animation, and I’m really happy for them, I am kinda upset about how this proves some people’s points further that murder drones is getting thrown under the bus. It feels like tadc is the spoiled younger sibling while murder drones is kinda just.. there. tadc got glitch inn shorts, plushies of the whole cast after two episodes, and Animiniz figures, while it took glitch 3 whole years to release plushies of the cast. I am a bit disappointed with how they’re treating murder drones, but I’m proud of them for how far they’ve come.
the fact that they still have full control of the show is a feat in itself , netflix are brutal when i comes to shows sometimes example : inside job got cancelled on a GIANT cliffhanger
i am honestly just shocked they did it with digital circus and not murder drones, because like murder drones is just way more netflixy to me in general.
The reason i really support it because it not only allows for more exposure of their shows (if they get more than TADC on there) but what im hoping for is that more than Netflix start tossing deals becausw it means not only could Glitch expand but it could very well allow them to make another show potentially with a higher rating since it wouldnt be censored like in youtube (to prevent demonetization). Great things for creators like Liam who OBVIOUSLY wanted a more graphic show. Though my 1 fear is glitch growing corporate and falling victim to its schemes and all its underlying issues we see with it today.
no cuz I wish Murder Drones could be on Netflix bc I would gladly watch it, plus if some people aren’t allowed on TH-cam, and are allowed on Netflix, but know about Murder Drones, then they could watch it on Netflix so-
The Amazing Digital Circus: Gained popularity as soon as it's release🗣️ Murder Drones: Gained popularity literally *Last June* and released 3 years ago💀
At the end of it all the main concern I have is, why not murder drones? Was it glitch’s decision to exclude it or was it Netflix? Did it even get mentioned at all when making the deal? It’s sad to see such an overall great show continue to be so blatantly overshadowed. I mean I like TADC, but not at the expense of throwing murder drones under the carpet you know?
TADC coming onto Netflix is a great deal for indie animation and Glitch as a company because it gives them legitimacy and prestige. However, I’m worried about Glitch becoming greedy and pursuing money over the values upon which Glitch was founded. This is my personal opinion but I don’t think large-scale streaming platforms deserve the content Glitch produces. Unlike most shows produced today, the animations they create possess a certain warmth and passion. Massive streaming companies have proven numerous times they have no respect for the entertainment they offer. For this reason, I don’t think Netflix deserves any content Glitch has created.
Netflix actually has no power over TADC. They can't cancel it and have no power over production. They're only hosting it, and Glitch can revoke the deal at any time.
@FearLabsGaming I can't find any indication that Netflix had any part in production of Star Wars Clone Wars, only say in whether it was on the platform. All content decisions, as far as I can find, were done by Disney.
TBH, It's very well deserved for Glitch, but at the same time, I'm also scared for them in the future. What would happen to its fans, and is it good to team up with Netflix? Weren't they supposed to be internet rivals?
It’s honestly so strange seeing an indie TH-cam show go onto such a popular streaming app, such as Netflix. I hope later on murder drones gets accepted
It's the thing of TADC is Getting more views, And MD got finished and rushed early because of it, And Netflix doesn't want a violent animated show that they can't continue!
It feels like only yesterday smg4 was making goofy animations about Mario, and look at him now, collaborating with great animators to make some of the best indie shows to this day
i don't know about digital circus costing more than murder drones episode 8 cuz like most of that episode is high quality animated fighting and i don't think TADC is gonna have any of that
TADC Animation is just smoother and a bit of high detail? than MD, but MD has good ost, insane choreography and fucking full of action. Tadc more popular cuz its fit for kids to watch😂
I think it's just being featured on Netflix without selling royalties (unsure about this part though), paid to continue production, or ANY influence from Netflix (this, GLITCH confirmed). This means they're still indie, just available on a mainstream service. Pretty wild!
Amazing Digital Circus being on Netflix just felt weird and didnt sit right with me. It felt like a betrayal. Also why pay for a streaming platform when you can watch it on youtube? I mean, great for them! Im glad but honestly it still makes me uneasy. And Murder Drones just seems to have been thrown under the bus for the golden child Amazing Digital Circus. We Murder Drones fans got the short end of the stick ;-;
Not bad. This shows that indie animations after getting a couple eyes on them can become bigger shows. But this also might affect the indie part of that. I just hope whoever the big man is doesn't affect the quality of the shows or their personality
@@iexistinme4656 I mean, the creators are literally doing the one thing Hollywood is afraid of doing, so if they have the guts to do that I think they have the guts to pour their hearts and souls into their projects
I mean as much as I’m super happy about this. It just rubs me the wrong way. I mean, glitch productions. Is a company and they said that they would never work with other streaming services. But here we are. I don’t know if it’s just me, but it just kinda rubs me the wrong way.
To my understanding they never said they wouldn't work with streaming services. They said they'd never sell the show to a streaming service, which they aren't doing.
actually netflix cant change or do anything to the show and this way Glitch will get money and produce episodes faster and better :D, but im still scared and idk why
While there is some truth to that, it's worth noting that Netflix approached Glitch specifically about TADC. Definitely sucks that MD isn't getting the same treatment, but I wouldn't necessarily rule it out of potentially happening in the future
This is a huge step for indie animation but I did have a cool idea for Glitch. I was thinking of how cool it would be for Glitch to have their own streaming service for indie animators where they have full control over the show guaranteed or something similar. Now that a few of the shows Glitch help with on Netflix, and Hazbin made it to Amazon, I can almost say certainly that this won’t happen. Even so, this is still a fun idea to think of, just imagining what a Glitch official streaming service would look like.
Man i feel like md was flung under the bus because of tadc i feel like as soon as tadc came out md got put under a lot of pressure and stress so it felt rushed and i am putting my full honest thoughts
Honestly, Murder Drones could have been handled a little better. It was hard to keep track of the story during the first half because it felt like a lot was skipped, a lot of plot lines were thrown out, and the ending was kind of rushed.
Keep in mind TADC isn't getting this chance because Glitch asked Netflix, but because Netflix asked Glitch. Murder Drones will only be on Netflix if they decide they want it.
@@waves2378Definitely, MD starting episodes when it comes to storytelling just wasn’t as good as the starting episodes of TADC. MD first episodes mostly focused on action, introducing the characters, and being funny. But compared to the starting episodes of TDAC which was more serious and making a MC who has a very relatable reaction to the kind of situation they are in, just intrigued more people than MD.
Of course tadc gets introduced to more viewers, gets more popular, gets "everything" while MD gets thrown in the trash. Its worth noting that tadc hasn't even proven itself since its only got 2 episodes. I really wish I hadn't become a Murder Drones fan. It would of saved me from the disappointment. @@tharusha9870 Yup! 100% ruined!
As far as I’m concerned, as long as Glitch keeps all the rights and production and stuff I’m pretty happy for them
Please let Murder Drones get recognition too 😭
WHAT THE HECK I DID NOT SEE THIS COMING-
also, I agree w/ you on this.
I saw a fan made post, it took place in October of 2025 and had Netflix post a murder drones teaser.
Anything is possible
I lowkey want them to do md next
It’s amazing! I hope murder drones is also coming to netflix
If Netflix asks Glitch.
@@RavenStarMedia if TADC is on there it’s just a matter of time
At this point GLITCH is just the new Hollywood.
I use to love Hollywood animation, And now I moved on from it kinda.....
But I love Indie Animation way more now! 😍
Yag: "So like, that's pretty cool!"
Khan: (Literally about to die in the background)
It’s hard sometimes to balance what you promised in terms of being a proper indie animation studio, and the reality of running a business that needs to take as many opportunities to grow as it possibly can.
They are still a prope indie studio. They aren't outsourcing, aren't ditcting the cast or writers, and they didn't sell the show. Glitch has complete control.
Welcome to the amazing collab with Netflix!!!
Well, Glitch just proved you don't need to be petty and fire your pilot's voice actors and writing team to hit the mainstream.
If they actually get Tadc on Netflix, I pray to GOD HIMSELF Tadc won't be on the kids list 💀
💀 this is why Tadc being there scareds me, big companies always tryna mess things up for the "better"

we are going beyond indie
For me its nothing overwhelmingly negative; mostly I just don't get the point, but good on them for being able to do this.
and like it's stil 100% indie. is undertale not indie just because physical copies are being sold on gamestop? HELL NO!
the fact that they still have full control of the show is a feat in itself , netflix are brutal when i comes to shows sometimes
example : inside job got cancelled on a GIANT cliffhanger
i don't get why you're surprised, it's just distribution rights, nothing new
Here's hoping this leads to more people in the 'main' industry actually start to give animation the credit it deserves.
i am honestly just shocked they did it with digital circus and not murder drones, because like murder drones is just way more netflixy to me in general.
Though my 1 fear is glitch growing corporate and falling victim to its schemes and all its underlying issues we see with it today.
no cuz I wish Murder Drones could be on Netflix bc I would gladly watch it, plus if some people aren’t allowed on TH-cam, and are allowed on Netflix, but know about Murder Drones, then they could watch it on Netflix so-
As someone who wants to be an animator when they grow up, I see this as an absolute win
This is crazy Yagsterr!
I saw digital circus on the Netflix coming soon thing and genuinely thought I was in some sort of vivid dream for a second 😭😭
The Amazing Digital Circus: Gained popularity as soon as it's release🗣️
Murder Drones: Gained popularity literally *Last June* and released 3 years ago💀
Underverse: i am a joke to you?
We got digital circus on Netflix before GTA 6.
Nglt why do i feel like the gaslight district is going to be posted in between july - August of 2026
At the end of it all the main concern I have is, why not murder drones?
Was it glitch’s decision to exclude it or was it Netflix? Did it even get mentioned at all when making the deal? It’s sad to see such an overall great show continue to be so blatantly overshadowed. I mean I like TADC, but not at the expense of throwing murder drones under the carpet you know?
Goose mentioned Netflix approached them to put TADC on. That's why.
Why some MD always make hates comments of TADC when something about it is announced?
I almost wish theyd stayed on TH-cam to prove it was possible
But honestly either way im just happy theyre making more
It’s crazy how it all started with SMG4, and then we get the best shows today.
Smg4 lore:
if kovack is in the gaslight distract I will freak out
All Hail Murder Drones Episode 5!!!
What the fuck is wrong with you?! That episode sucks!
YOOO LETS GO! NOW I WONT HAVE TO CONSTANTLY GO TO TH-cam TO FIND IT
I feel like this is going to end badly. Sure, animators will definitely be paid more...but I can sense the drama in near-future 😭
We got one of glitches animations Lon Netflix before gta6 💀
Wouldn’t it be funny to have Gianni voice a TADC character?
And thus. Glitch X Netflix collab don’t need it but I NEED IT
But Netflix would cut stuff out of the show and make changes to shows like they always do
Netflix actually has no power over TADC. They can't cancel it and have no power over production. They're only hosting it, and Glitch can revoke the deal at any time.
@@RavenStarMedia I have seen shows that made the same deal, and lost control over the stuff sooooo you might be surprised
@FearLabsGaming Like which ones?
@@RavenStarMedia to many to count clone wars for one before it was taken off
@FearLabsGaming I can't find any indication that Netflix had any part in production of Star Wars Clone Wars, only say in whether it was on the platform. All content decisions, as far as I can find, were done by Disney.
Im just happy for glitch and gooseworx, this must be a dream come true.
TBH, It's very well deserved for Glitch, but at the same time, I'm also scared for them in the future. What would happen to its fans, and is it good to team up with Netflix? Weren't they supposed to be internet rivals?
200 to 300K FOR ONE EPISODE OF MURDER DRONES TIME TO GO INTO DEBT
It’s honestly so strange seeing an indie TH-cam show go onto such a popular streaming app, such as Netflix. I hope later on murder drones gets accepted
That was NOT expected
So when’s MD getting put on Netflix?
Glitch?
GLITCH?!
Goosewrkx tweeted like " when's md coming Mr netflix" (not the exact sentence because i dont remember correctly)
Maybe Netflix didn't want it in the first place.
It's the thing of TADC is Getting more views, And MD got finished and rushed early because of it, And Netflix doesn't want a violent animated show that they can't continue!
Only if Netflix asks for it.
It feels like only yesterday smg4 was making goofy animations about Mario, and look at him now, collaborating with great animators to make some of the best indie shows to this day

i don't know about digital circus costing more than murder drones episode 8 cuz like most of that episode is high quality animated fighting and i don't think TADC is gonna have any of that
Especially since TADC's animation looks perpesfully cheap.
TADC Animation is just smoother and a bit of high detail? than MD, but MD has good ost, insane choreography and fucking full of action.
Tadc more popular cuz its fit for kids to watch😂
@@valentinkambushev4968the reason its looks like cheap cuz they don't have much action on their animation aspect..
I think it's just being featured on Netflix without selling royalties (unsure about this part though), paid to continue production, or ANY influence from Netflix (this, GLITCH confirmed). This means they're still indie, just available on a mainstream service. Pretty wild!
Amazing Digital Circus being on Netflix just felt weird and didnt sit right with me. It felt like a betrayal. Also why pay for a streaming platform when you can watch it on youtube? I mean, great for them! Im glad but honestly it still makes me uneasy. And Murder Drones just seems to have been thrown under the bus for the golden child Amazing Digital Circus. We Murder Drones fans got the short end of the stick ;-;
Glitch got all the benefits without the downsides...
The fact that Netflix has ZERO control over TADC.. i wonder how that went during the contract
3:06 *me crying over the background*
Not bad. This shows that indie animations after getting a couple eyes on them can become bigger shows. But this also might affect the indie part of that. I just hope whoever the big man is doesn't affect the quality of the shows or their personality
Hi yagsterr
@@iexistinme4656 I mean, the creators are literally doing the one thing Hollywood is afraid of doing, so if they have the guts to do that I think they have the guts to pour their hearts and souls into their projects
Netflix is only hosting it, they have no say in production, writing, direction, or anything.
I still cant process this.
And gooseworx just tweted to netflix, when murder drones will be there?
That girl is a living saint.
Ya lol also Glitch didnt ask netflix to put tadc in it it was netflix comin to them
I could not be more scared and exited at the same time which honestly fits the vibe of murder drones and amazing digital circus pretty well so ya
I don't know how to feel on it
I mean.. it's still free on youtube, and still fully independant so
Eboy's Netflix Digital Circus is one of the best concepts and now is finally REAL after he predicted the future
We got indie animation on Netflix before gta 6
i swear every video atleast one person says this AND IM TIRED OF IT (No offense)
I hope this means a lot of small indie projects will get some backing and get a chance to thrive that they wouldn't have been able to get otherwise
Me: My god, Netflix.
Me: WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO US?!
Netflix: *I have made a deal with my friends on the other side.*
Starting to think MD fans were right when they said TADC is overshadowing them
ye same here
While there is some truth to that, it's worth noting that Netflix approached Glitch specifically about TADC.
Hazbin hotel took prime, TADC took netflix, maybe MD WILL TAKE HULU
YESSS
i saw someone say murder drones take disney plus 💀

I never expected to see an indie show that is popular on TH-cam get straight to a streaming platform, AND IT WAS INSANE
+ Favouritism
Glitch not telling their voice actors about anything is such a reoccurring problem to the point it’s required for every single big thing that they do
To be fair, like someone else said, that's like informing Michael Keaton whenever Batman or Beetlejuice gets on a new platform. Doesn't happen.
Me waiting for other GLITCH shows on netflix: *Pomni eating a burger in that one short*
The fact murder drones doesn’t get jack shit
It seems that Drones and the Circus will grow in popularity
Of course tadc gets introduced to more viewers, gets more popular, gets "everything" while MD gets thrown in the trash. Its worth noting that tadc hasn't even proven itself since its only got 2 episodes. I really wish I hadn't become a Murder Drones fan. It would of saved me from the disappointment. Its not the first time a show I loved got buried. Should of learned my lesson by now.
They said N was to popular to discard

Who says Murder Drones got dropped for it? Different team, and Liam seemed burnt out on the one season.
Why are you mad about it? TDAC isn’t bad by any means.
I've been here since the Hobo Bros days and I am too, majorly shocked.
