If you have completed all on NG+ and you dont have the trophy, go to your original walkthrough and complete this trophy there. I just did it and I confirm it works like that.

Guys, it is NOT a bug. When you play the second time as GAME + it counts as you killed them all, so you need to recheck the Legendary Enemies to see if you actually got them in the second run.
If you’re trophy is bugged make sure to check each enemy is defeated even if you’ve already killed them and have their tactical guide, for some reason the game respawned 2 of my legendary enemies even though I’d already defeated them
I've been having trouble with this one myself. I got the tactical guide achievement before I finished this one. Which didn't make sense to me. I had to kill the two legendary enemies in Coruscant (they weren't in my tactical guide even though I was at 100% so it confused me). Killed them both and the achievement popped. Oh and like most comments say, there are TWO Rancors you need to kill. One in Sodden Grotto and one in Phon'qi Caverns. Hope this helps.

I did them all and didn’t get the trophy, I even did the other rancor but never popped up, kept checking the index and I realised the first two wasn’t there even though I killed them, really don’t know what to do about that one
I am having the same issue with this dt Droid and the frenzied jotaz. I have defeated them but they didn't get added to the list. I go back to fight them and they are not there

guys i went to all locations.. 1 or 2 i missed but now i got everyone.. at least they are not in their supposed location. also i didnt get the trophy.. is my game bugged?? help me out plsssss im about to cry

Phone Qi cavern might be the Rancor that you unalived first.

Guys I found a fix… there’s a second rancor in sodden grotto. That fixed it for me!

Inside Phon’Qi Caverns, near Rambler’s Reach Outpost. It’s easy to miss, so you have to search the area.

In my opinion The Golden Skriton is the coolest looking Legendary Enemy.
I’ve defeated all 13 legendary enemies but I can only find 6 in the tactical guide & after defeating the 13th enemy the trophy never popped . 🤦♂️

Check your rancors. Seriously, I killed both of them, and one of them respawned.

That's strange. Have you tried doing all other Legendary Enemies? Maybe you still can get the trophy.

Have you tried using a Meditation Point? This sometimes helps or even restarting the game.
Killed all, trophy didn't pop up. People say it sometimes pops up randomly after the fact.
