This is kinda random but: engrave your jewellery. Always. If you find a piece that you love yet you can't engrave it, email the brand and go above and beyond to engrave it, even if you have to pay extra- which will actually be an investment. Engravings create a unique, meaningful piece. They can also make you feel certain feelings you want to achieve: do you often doubt yourself? Engrave a necklace as ''You can do anything'' or something like that, and wear it.
Sending love to you and your Mum from Edinburgh. I always keep your Mum in my thoughts🙏🏼 Hope she’s doing well, must have been a lovely bonding time going through all her books together and rediscovering old friends.❤️
Jess! you should do a video where you show how to style jewelry with certain outfits. Like what pieces you would pick out to compliment and go with your outfits! love your style and jewelry so much😍
I love your earrings in this video!! And yes to a barn library tour, your childhood books brought back so many memories (I loved a Quentin Blake illustration back then, and I still do!)
I have really started getting into reading this last year (thanks to you) I read 29 books last year and am already on book 3 of this! Thank you for the inspiration 💕
I love your hair natural. It falls in a really nice way. I was actually thinking, gosh her hair looks nice before you went on to say you needed to fix it lol.
I was looking forward to you going to a book store! Absolutely love your book hauls and also makes me feel less guilty when I go and buy a million books😂
I've been watching your vlogs for years, I used to do my college tasks watching you in the background. English is not my first language, I love to hear your accent ❤️
Seeing your picture books warmed my heart. I was an early years provider for many years and I recognized a few of the books you showed. I would love to see your whole collection at some point!
I am reading 'The World in 38 chapters or Dr Johnson's Guide to Life' and it's 38 chapters, each commenting on Samuel Johnson's thoughts on different subjects, including quotes from some of his essays or conversations with his friends back in the 18th century. He was very eloquent wise man. One of the chapters that stood out to me was one on the topic of literature. He believed that people should read what they want, not what they feel like they have to, which is something that I've often thought about. In school we were meant to read certain books and now with the events going on I feel like I should read certain books and there are many books that I believe are important for one's general knowledge. However, not all of the above are books that I would find particularly interesting and I often struggle getting through them. He has this one quote, "If we read without inclination, half the mind is employed in fixing the attention; so there is but one half to be employed on what we read." which stuck in my mind and when I read it I also thought of you and your 'slump'. I guess sometimes we're just not in the mood for reading (just like any other activity) and that's fine. He also believed that you don't have to finish a book which you don't find engaging. One of his friends has recorded him exclaiming "How few books are there of which one can ever possibly arrive at the last page!". Quite relevant as I have so many books that I'm sure are great but are left unfinished...
Girl, that is a gorgeous collection of illustrated child book! Frederick by Leo Lionni, a lots by Quentin Blake, David Mckee...you've been a lucky little girl, and your future kids will apreciate ;) Taking this great treasure in your new home it's a good idea :)
Loved seeing your childhood books! I had a baby earlier this year and I’ve been trying to build a nice library for him. I would love to hear what your favourite books from childhood were ❤️
No! they can't get rid of the body butter!! I wanted to try it so bad bc I love the sandalwood scent but can't find one to purchase! :( Loved the video as usual!
Omg topshop is gone?! I studied abroad in London way back in 2014 and lived and studied right off high street ken. Always bought so many clothes from that topshop. Lol. Wow what a through back !
I couldn't find that specific love, beauty and planet body butter either, I settled for the coconut and ylang ylang instead but the smell is not the same :(
Love your vlogs but not interestet at all about books, could You maybe insert The time so we can skype it? I mean like from 7 to 11 minutes books. Thank You ❣️
My mum writes her name and the year in the start of all her books. It’s lovely seeing a book she read in say 1990 that I’m picking up now.
Hallie Hurst I’ve been doing that my whole life. Hopefully one day my kids will read it and see it as interesting 😊
Ok I’m gonna start doing this now! :)
I do that too, I also write the place.

Usually at the start of her book wrap-up videos, and she writes it down in the description of those videos as well.

I think tiktok is destroying my attention span. Can't seem to focus on reading without getting distracted within a few minutes :(

Do read 'The Mirror and the Light'. You won't be disappointed. :)
It’s just ironic that I was just having pesto pasta as I hit play on this vlog
An Ode to Love Beauty and Planet Body Butter
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I’m new to her channel, anyone here knows why she is not responding to any comments here and on IG? Thanks.
Seems like most of Londoners on the street don't wear a mask.. hmm...
We dont have to wear masks outside in the UK. As soon as you go inside you have to mask up.
i can't when she washes her face, it feels too personal.
Love your vlogs but not interestet at all about books, could You maybe insert The time so we can skype it? I mean like from 7 to 11 minutes books. Thank You ❣️
