Amazing build! It's a very nice and beautiful kit. Is the radome also painted with AS-28? For the exhaust nozzles, did you use LP-19? I really liked your work. Best, Fernando
Thank you for your comment😄. If I recall correctly, the radome was painted with AS-28. For the nozzles, I used LP-11 in the video👍. This project was from two years ago, so my memory might be a bit hazy💦. I appreciate your continued support of the channel🫡
Looks great! The production jets do not have the small shark fin antenna on top of the jet. Its a flush antenna. The shark fin was present on early production representative test jets only.
Thank you for sharing your exceptional work and informative, enjoyable and well produced videos. I have this kit and the Trumpeter F-35C. I plan on having the F-35A in flight with a Trumpeter 1/32 P-38 also painted in Have Glass. Like your J2M model , stressed skin effects and surface modifications are a large part of many of my aircraft builds. Using multiple blade types, some custom shaped to remove material followed by fibre pencils and liquid abrasives until a final polish. With 1/24 or larger I use a Jewellers stone setting tool set to create a more accurate flush rivet after the kit hole detail is filled. Working on a 1/24 A6M2b project that has a lot of surface modifications using these methods and achieving realistic results. If interested there are model reveal videos on my channel. I have subscribed.
Thank you for your comment! The idea of finishing the F-35A and P-38 in Have Glass paint sounds fantastic. I’m also interested in hearing more about your 1/24 A6M2b project. I’m particular about surface details as well, so I’ll be sure to check out the videos you’ve posted about your techniques. Let’s continue enjoying our model building together!
@@Meoto_mokei The Trumpeter 1/24 A6M2b has a few shape issues but are easy to correct. With two 1/32 Tamiya A6m2b kits, i can use them for comparing and modifying the 1/24 parts. The model will be posed in flight on a custom stainless steel stand, a pilot figure i will sculpt and a motor to spin the propellor. It will look similar to the Zero from the Texas Flying Legends Museum. i want to eventually build planes piloted by, Kaneyoshi Muto and Sabura Sakai. Big fan of the F-4 especially F-4EJs from the JASDF. Using 1/32 Tamiya kits I have completed 17-8301, the first, and have a kit for 17-8440, the last Mitsubishi built, along with a sea camouflage scheme F-4EJ.
Thanks for the comment! I totally get what you mean. The Strike Eagle is available in 1/32 scale from Tamiya, though! Let’s look forward to their future releases. And please keep supporting the channel!
@@Meoto_mokei yes,I have the old Tamia kit but that kit is ancient and even with the upgrade parts kits on the market it still won’t come close to the Italeri F-35 you just built. I’m going to wait and see if someone builds one. Hopefully it won’t be Trumpeter, too many flaws in their kits.

Use UV printer clear resin to attach the clear parts. Dab it on and use UV light as soon as you have it placed correctly. No mess
I didn't know you could use UV printer resin like that😅. I’ve learned something new✌️! Please continue to support my channel😄.
@Meoto_mokei yes. You can also use it to fill in gaps that arnt severe and hit it with UV flashlight. Great filler and good clear adhesive.

Personally I’d rather build a super detailed F-15EX than the F-35. Hopefully Italeri or Tamiya will come out with a 1/32 scale one.
