I came from a non-HE washer and I noticed that on the normal setting I'd always end up with some soap lines or dust on my dark clothes so I switched to the quick wash and it works much better.
as a computer junkie I love Samsung, phones/monitors/pc hardware etc... so I got no problems going with a Samsung washer. Looking at Labor Day sales right now it's $580 and Hope Depot so let's see if they discount it even more for LD
I bought this washer on August 27, 2024 my problem is getting the dispenser out, could you please do a video on that please I will appreciate it. Thank you for sharing.
i think about getting a nice big tub washer like this but when i watch some of these videos it tells me not to buy as i have an old school washer now but the tub is kind of small do this one fill up with water.
Hiiii i have a question if you can plsss help any way possible! Same washer here! For the last 2 weeks i have been having smelly probs! I've had this washer since 11/2022 amd never any problems. No agitator. I've already tried pouring bleach in the wash hose drain area. I've put bleach in the bleach compartment and ran a hot quick wash. I've done the self clean mode. I've done a rinse and spin. I've tried vinegar. I need heeeelp and dont want to contact a samsung dealer. Does this washer have water that sits in it? I heard front loads have a filter that you can drain but im so puzzled why it smells all of a sudden!😫😫🙏
Should i try buying a new hose? I seen a video saying if yu stick the hose in too far into the drain area then the "sewer gasses" can get into the washer hose. So you have to stick it in just enough so it can just drain. I can't figure this out and i need to wash lol im dreading going to the cleaners🤢
For me I have ran the clean washer cycle with bleach and that usually takes care of the smell. Also when I am not using the washer I always leave the lid open so any residual water in the tub can dry out.
Hi! Can you offer some advice? The washer makes a loud noise and starts shaking really hard and sometimes it makes it not finish the cycle. Warranty is up. What should I check first? Trying to keep it budget friendly. Thank you!
I wouldn't expect any problems with a THREE YEAR OLD washer! I do not find that impressive. Our 30 year old Roper brand washer just broke. If we could get replacement parts it would still be good. I guess I expect more from a washer. We actually bought a second home which came with a 1960"s era washer which worked perfectly for about 4 more years. Again parts became impossible to get. It's sad we don't expect that same lifespan in our newer appliances today.
I agree. The problem is the further we get away from when things was made to last nearly half your life span or maybe even your whole life when our grandparents was alive then we just take things for granted that they only last maybe 5-10 years if your lucky as something normal. Knowing your history helps to keep some of these companies accountable to upping the way things should last. But the only benefit to newer tech is the fact they’re more energy efficient in some cases and it has some technology to it but although I love technology, sometimes it’s just best to get stuff that are basic or with very little tech built into it.
Thank You for your review. I just purchased one from Lowes for $430 before tax.
This video makes me feeel so much better about my blind buying lol

I will see what I can do
Do you know how to reset the washer?
I just got one of these today and was concerned bc I kinda expected it to be silent. Your vids have quelled my fears
I also have the Samsung dryer as a set.
Had mine 3 years now won’t fill up with water trying to find the problem
I just blindly bought one last night

You have to leave the lid open when not in use. Otherwise, the moist environment promotes fungus growth.

I would check the suspension rods first as they are known to have issues
Thank you! This was super helpful.
Bought one today for 477 at Lowe’s

The reviews on Lowe’s website scare me
