UK grower over here - about to start out. What are you guys wholesaling Grey Oyster at over the pond? Went to Covent Garden Market in London yesterday and was quoted £3.5 ($4.45) p.kg at 200 - 300 kg a day. Does that sound about right at those volumes, was expecting it closer to £5 ($6.35) p.kg to be honest.
This is great! I just passed my first year learning how to grow and scaling up at the same time and I always get some piece of truly useful information from these! It also gives me a better picture of what my future may look like or at least some inspiration
