To me, his body language says he was also waiting for him to fall over. It was premeditated in my opinion. Creepy for reals.
In China if a grandma drops to the ground no one, absolutely no one will help. Why? Because all of them are afraid to be sued, lately there is this phenomena of people dropping after the slightest of touches and then blaming the person who passed by and touched them saying he has pushed them. So perhaps the man avoids helping for that reason, perhaps that patch had nothing and the vendor just saw an opportunity the by acting like that product hurt him? Not impossible and given that he stood up moments later like nothing highly probable.
@@TDdelta777 I wasn't aware of the drop and sue phenomenon. After 42 years here on this planet I seem to have developed the sense that everyone around me is essentially an animal or a monster, given a long enough timeline...

But while transdermal patches exists in US, it's a bit different in China it's been part of the culture for centuries, it's a common practice in chine tradition medicine to stick a medicated patches to relief swell, sore, back pain, headaches.
Again it's still wierd a stranger doing that
But the guy couldve worked into the conversation like I'm sur your back is sore from standing up all day, I have a patch that could help you or somethig like that.
Older people tend to have ointment like balm or medicated oil for daily use, those stuff are used daily for just about anything from mosquito bites, headache, stuffy nose soreness etc. Sometimes in conversation if you say you had headaches they might offer the ointment. I'm guessing the guy still finds it wierd and didnt want the patch but he probably thought it was just those medicated patches. I mean if someone offered you an ointment and immediately applying them on your temple you would find the person to be too forward and rude but you think its ultimately harmless.
That's why he didnt seem startled or even look back when the guy applied the patch

The black thing attached to the patch was likely a stun device. Once he places it on his skin, notice when he taps it, the vendor instantly fell to the floor shaking. Then he took it off and removed the device to hide the evidence. Which explains why they never found any chemical.

Nitroglycerine paste will drop your blood pressure quick if applied thickly.
There are some meds that we have to use gloves with when we administer them in hospital. Nitroglycerin gel would do that. It dialates the blood vessels and causes a drop in blood pressure making you pass out. It would stop working once the patch was removed. Idk what this was, but nitto is one example of something that could do this. But ...why?? That's the real question.
I doubt someone was detained here because the man helped the other stand and stayed till th end of the video smiling awkwardly. If in fact it lead to a possible detention because the vendor seconds after started blaming that man the latch would have been analyzed and traces of nitroglycerin detected. Case solved.
But we are told that “nothing was found in his system”. So perhaps this is fake news and it never escalated past that, the other option is that the vender dropped on purpose to blame the other guy and perhaps be able to sue him for medical expenses (happens a lot in China) which would explain why the man didn’t react asap and approached seconds after (in China people avoid helping those who suddenly fall because are afraid of being scammed).
And the final possibility is that in fact there was a nitroglycerin in that patch, the man was trying to sell his martial arts classes so he did that to make the vendor believe he knows some special technique to make someone fall like this with just a touch. So he does that, lets the man fall, approaches him after to help him stand (note he keeps smiling because he thinks he knows what he did) then the ladies approach even after they seem to be taking care of the vendor the man still stays there watching and smiling, he even noses to the vendor. Why he stays? Perhaps he still hopes that the vendor will be interested in the martial art classes after such display.
If arrested after the vendor was informed why he felt and again case closed. But scam artist is less interesting than a possible hitman making a vendor pass with the help of untraceable substance and staying in there instead of running for … reasons.
The man knew what he was doing and looked evil he also didn’t even try to help. He just stood there

The guy is a Chinese doctor.. he clearly knows these people and the mother thanked him... Why?
because the medicine was effective, even if shocking.
People are too ready to follow the narrative instead of observing for themselves!
The guy who applied the patch never left.
Steal the money
Bro touched his funny bone 😂
The way he stood back and let him fall….
Watch how he taps it, even watching and waiting for the few seconds to pass. Looks like a test run.
i think you're the first one here who seems to be on the right track. it looks like a hypnotic induction to me. a stage magician would probably be able to tell.
looks badass, the way he keeps his cool as the vendor checks out. he could have hurt himself falling or dragged stuff with him, no?
there's also something with the camera. anyway, people will find out, i guess.
@BabylonPatrol Strange how he's behind the same desk. You guys are dumb n go for whatever your told😂
Maybe a fake video
You created a horror story around the video, you guys are weird
There's some strange stuff happening in China
That country is evil
Ya..I bought a car from a Chinese guy in oz .the car had little fuel and I was expecting it to need refuel. But it didn't. Kept goin and goin..like 200km !! Am sure it had some additive 😮

Dark place.
Man was on some lemme put this onyo back real quick😂
I thought it might be fentanyl but the guy bounced back.
Whats really scary is how the guy acted afterwards. Almost like this was a successful "trial run". It's even more scary hearing that there wasn't anything found in the substance by authorities. 007/Mad scientist type stuff....
Or maybe just placebo? 🤨
@@Jackson_ZhengI feel like it isn't. I don't think placebo can make you faint like that
@@Jackson_Zhengit is promoted as ointment, why is the placebo fainting?
@@1694cgrntmaybe they found the component to be useful
Horrible stranger didnt even make an attempt to break the fall after what he did!? Poor vendor. Hope that stranger will be punished.
in mainland china there's been countless reports being wiped off of the internet, they use it on kids to kidnap and R word them, never support mainland china and CCP dictatorship, they do not care about their own citizen's health and safety, its a dog eat dog world over there when you know enough of how the world works under the CCP
Vendor way to trusting. And I think that's assault.
Need more context. If someone lifted up my shirt and slapped my back, I wouldn’t let it slide like that.
That Smile was Evil 😡🥶
Astonishing how you know nothing 😂
You believe everything on the internet hah
@@HAOS5HDi know exactly what happened. This is a ASMR reaction. The man is being touched and talked to gently , hes tired already before this interaction, hes almost hypnotized basically
They are actors this is fake
La sonrisa más amable, puede tener la mayor maldad. Nunca dejes que nadie se acerque ni te toque!!
never let stranger touch your body
Don't let stranger touch your wallet. 😂😂😂
This reminds me of a warning that was put out at a music festival I was at. People were offering massages to strangers. They had gloves on and the gloves were saturated with liquid LSD. It caused people to pass out and hallucinate like crazy since it was a huge dose and then the people would rob all their stuff from their campsite…messed up
He straight up knew that would happen. The guy didn’t even react with a quick response or concern. It’s like he was testing it on him. He should’ve been arrested and police should’ve investigated the black substance that was on the bandage. He even put the bandage back into his pocket without saying or showing the other ladies what caused it.
He's been detained it said and they tested the patch
That guy is malicious, not even catching the victim who was falling! They should also test the patch on his body, too!
The bad guy stole things from the vendors pockets...one thing looked like a pocket watch..demented grinning was creepy😢
@@taunjiachandler6607no its the path he put,
PROBABLY A GOVT AGENT
I'm glad the vendor is ok now, but that could've been deadly. The other man is pure evil. Why would someone intentionally hurt an innocent person.
And he was smiling while doing that
Wow what a evil person why would he do something like that just plain evil
Is the strangers caught? Someone need to paste the patch on his face and PUNCH it in.
remember, demons masquerades as demons
It was a fentanyl patch duhhhh
