Такая регулировка неправильна. Нужно открыть лючки сзади и затянуть ленты регулировочным болтом до упора, после этого открутить на 4 оборота и с удовольствием рулить одним мизинцем.
There`s a grease nipple under a guard behind the front idler , keep pumping you will soon see the track begin to tighten . Battery grease gun is a great tool for this job . Pretty much all track machines are set up this way .Also to loosen a track , undo the grease nipple and drive that track against a solid stump and gently apply pressure. Messy but works.
you are not supposed to use the clutch pedal like a traditional manual transmission. it's got a torque converter for going in and out of neutral. that's a creep pedal.
D21's do not have a torque convertor. Hydraulic pressure us used to apply clutches for directional travel. The "inching pedal" simply modulates hydraulic pressure to the travel clutches.
Thanks for the video I just bought one to clear out my road hope it does well.
You can adjust the brakes by two covers under the batteries, it’s very simple brother.
I use the blade tilt feature to cut the radial roots.
There’s two caps on the rear you can take off and adjust the brake bands
I got a d31 that’s exactly the same dozer
I have the same dozer … but it has no forward or reverse any help would be very welcome
ya gotta like that

How do you adjust the tracks on that one
