Thank you so much for the mentorship you provide. You are benefiting 10's of 1000's of young men and women alike with your mentorship here through your platform. My god daughter in particular. I can only pray she understands the gravity of what you are doing with your vlog. I pray God continues to bless you and keep you in his graces to spread his graces the way you're doing so already. I can only wish I had something like this as a youth.

Thank you for this video,it was much needed. I Graduate this year from high school and I’ll be starting my college sport T&F next year in the Fall. And now that you have given me some very key tips I have more clarity and I can try new things. May God bless you always and shine his light upon you.

5:20 I agree and it reminds me when coach said something similar “You practice average you run average. You practice hard you run well.”

I feel like as an track and field athlete it is very hard to not see what the next person is doing because of social media all I see are people who are faster than me and I be in my head a lot and it’s easy for people to nock me down and sometimes i can’t get back up

Ima be honest about that “transfer”part and old ways. That’s something you just gonna have to deal with. It happens in sports and it happens in the workforce and military when people switch to a different job but same career. Always compare. It usually goes away after a year or two. I’m at usm and it’s a girl from Mississippi state and she transferred and she does that but honestly i actually like hearing the differences. It doesn’t bother me really because In life I realized sometimes its good to hear different perspectives and opinions to help you have a more BROAD APPROACH then a narrow one

Few things have been as true as what you said bro. Thank you for that. Not sure if she was saying she struggles with this but she's certainly doing her part in telling them not to be apart of the problem because it absolutely is a problem. There's a time and a place for everything and at training isn't one of them. But yea it's very faithful of her to believe she can affect someone enough to make the experience better for someone else and the culture as a whole even if one person changes. I'm glad she said it.
