I made a stainless dice for an old flattie years ago, it was so cool someone stole it, I threaded it to the shifter rod, should have welded it.

Cool shifter...fun with a lathe. I've commented on this before, now I'm convinced you guys are kicking these bikes with the key off for the audiences entertainment. A tuned panhead is not that hard to start.

i welded a piece of handlebar to the manual shiift top, swept up and bent back, put the hand clutch lever on it where your hand drops easily, looped the clutch cable back through the seat post mount to the short lever on the trans...pull in the clutch, move into gear, leaves left foot free... only draw back from not fabricating instead of handlebar was weight, sometimes would drop into first on its own.... fun times wow... suicide eliminator
That’s cheating tho. I sort of cheated too. I run my rear brake with my front brake lever. Makes those pulling out on hills a tad better lol.
