1999 PCr.LJ 310
In the event of discharge the FIR remains alive.

Sir i have to ask smthg that what if io doesn’t arrest accused?offence is non bailable?if i go u/s 200 thn accused will not be arrested and desire is that accused must punishe and also call remand for recovery.what should i do for immediate action against accused??plx reply as immediate as possible it humble request
