I'm so happy you reacted to BTOB. Their group name is pronounced B-To-B and stands for Born To Beat. They are an interesting group because they debuted when kpop bands were extremely popular and they had a hard time finding their sound after that. Rn they are known as vocal kings cuz even their rappers can be the main vocalists of other groups. They are known for their beautiful harmonies and vocal centric sings which showcases each membership voice tone beautifully. Personality-wise, they created the standard for what we refer to today as Beagle-dols or crackheads. They are definitely the craziest group I have ever encountered and were doing that before others even dared to try. They definitely do not give a shit about their image and throw it all through the window to impress their fans. I hope you can react to them more in the future

BtoB is known for their vocals. To me they are up there with EXO. All the members can sing and rap. They are known as the funniest idols and they are mostly known for their ballads. Honestly BtoB make great music overall.
They have a very interesting composition of vocalists. 1) Eunkwang - a tenor who's really good at strong belts (probably one of the best vocalists in kpop tbh), 2) Changsub - another tenor whose specialty is his beautiful Falsetto, 3) Sungjae - a baritone with a very interesting style and technique (especially since he mostly sings tenor parts), 4) Hyunsik - a supposedly baritone but can belt better and higher than other tenors (tbh even vocal experts are confused about his voice), 5) and all their rappers who are decent singers actually. not really a fan i just know some of their songs and these are my observations plus some things I heard from others. also, Hyunsik is the most boyfriend material person i've seen in kpop personally.

Ohhh I’ve been waiting for you to check out BTOB for so long! They are still together with a few members still in the military and the ones done with military are promoting as a subunit, BTOB4U. Their style definitely changed as time went on and are well known as a killer ballad group. Truly amazing vocals, rapping, and composing their own songs. Some popular songs to get to know them a little more would be Missing You, Movie, I’ll Be Your Man, Only One For Me, and BTOB4U subunit came out with Show Your Love last November. I also suggest some guides or compilation videos because they are actually comedians and so funny and weird in a very endearing way. Actually BtoB are very well known for their ballads. I don't think it’s a hip hop group, it's just that these 3 songs are older.. you should at least listen to I'll be your man, missing you, and beautiful pain, you won't regret it!
These songs don't even scratch the surface of what BTOB can do vocally. If girl groups have Mamamoo when it comes to amazing vocals, boy groups have BTOB. Their harmonies are INSANE. They had more of a hiphop more rap based vibe in the beginning of their career because that's what was popular at the time, but then gradually switch over to more vocal heavy music and that's where they really shined. They have amazing power ballads. Another thing about this group, they're another one of those groups who are god given performers when they're on stage but are absolutely crazy comedians off-stage. They're known to just let loose, forget their idol images, and pull the ugliest faces just for the heck of it.
Also Hyun Sik is Kyungsoo’s friend and classmate in middle school ❤️ Eunkwang and Changsub are friends with a lot of SM artists and EXO.. Sung Jae is RVJoy’s original ship ❤️❤️❤️

I have the complete different opinion about BtoB. Their title tracks are always fun and something that you can dance to, but omg their vocals are heavenly so I associate them more with ballads or melodic rapping. All of them are main singer material, and they're also HILARIOUS 🤣. I don't even stan them but I'm always watching their funny moments compilations.

I love just how with the songs you reacted to; I can tell you they are one of the greatest ballad kpop group. Their vocals and ability to harmonise is insane. I would definitely recommend just going by going into timeline order until you get to songs like “I’ll be your man”, “Missing You” and “It’s Okay” because it really shows their growth and how they really found their sound! As an old fan its funny to hear you think they are a "fun" group, although of course its totally understandable considering the songs you reacted to! But for a while now they have been famous for their awesome ballads and vocal skills. (I actually miss their dance songs haha).

A lot of other commenters have mentioned their recs which I agree with, but they had a major sound change in later comebacks. They're still active! And are currently promoting as a 4 part subunit while other members are in the military. They're known as top vocal kings in the industry and most commonly known as the ballad kings funnily enough as a juxtaposition to their debut image. As for "putting them on and having a good time" whether it's songs, performances or just random videos they are considered some of the ultimate crackheads lol. As a curiosity, in 2012 a group called "Younique Unit" debuted as a result of the collaboration of S.M. with the Hyundai brand in a marketing campaign. They participated in the mini album "PYL Younique Album Vol.1" with a single / video "MaxStep", and the members were: Kai and Luhan (Exo), Hyo (Girls Generation), Taemin (Shinee), Eun Hyuk and Henry Lau (Super Junior). This going to be long Okay, first BtoB is know as incredible singer all the rapper can sing and all the members have different vocal tones. Also all of them are crackhead and one of the funniest and loudest groups in the industry. Because of this they usually appear in Variety Shows especially Eunkwang. The blond guy in Wow is So Eunkwang the leader also one of the few main vocalists that sing with "cheek voice" imagine head voice but with his cheeks, like that he songs most of the high notes. Also he has done some Musicals. Changsub is also an incredible vocalist, he can also reach high notes but he has a much richer tone. Hyungsik is the composer of BtoB, he is often writing or composing songs for the group. Also his dad was a famous singer in the 80s with two hit song that every person in their 50s to 30s knows about. He has a much huskier tone in comparison to the others. Minhyuk, rapper that you said rapped good in Beep Beep. He is actually a rapper that rap because he wants to not because he is a bad singer. He is a soloist and his name is "Huta". He is also a great dancer and he is the 3rd Generation of Sport Idol. In ISAC(an Idol athletics completion) he is one of the people with more medals. Peniel is a rapper that sadly because of stress lost his hair and now he keeps it short. Even his members when watch older videos say it is weird seeing him with hair. And the start he was really ashamed of his condition but now he is proud of his bald hair. He is also an Korean-American. YookSungjae is the Maknae and his nickname is a Crazy Goodlooking person, he is also one of the members that shine in variety shows because he always has something to say. Sungjae's voice is quite smooth and soothing, plus he has a lower tone so it is perfect for ballads. Lastly BtoB is know a 6 members group because recently Ilhoon ( The guy in Wow you though was the leader),the main rapper was cought in a drug controversy and decided to leave the group in order to not damage their image. But many Melodies ( Fandom name:Melody) and BtoB still think of the group as 7 members.

I Love BTOB! Yes they are still together! Their 10 year anniversary is next year! They are the best vocal group I know (and funniest 😂) They’re a ballad group now. I highly recommend listening to their later songs. Like some people suggested I’ll be your man, beautiful pain & it’s okay (my favorite song. has a beautiful message for those who are struggling) They also have two sub units. BTOB BLUE & BTOB4U. Ohhh I’ve been waiting for you to check out BTOB for so long! They are still together with a few members still in the military and the ones done with military are promoting as a subunit, BTOB4U. Their style definitely changed as time went on and are well known as a killer ballad group. Truly amazing vocals, rapping, and composing their own songs. Some popular songs to get to know them a little more would be Missing You, Movie, I’ll Be Your Man, Only One For Me, and BTOB4U subunit came out with Show Your Love last November. I also suggest some guides or compilation videos because they are actually comedians and so funny and weird in a very endearing way. Actually BtoB are very well known for their ballads. I don't think it’s a hip hop group, it's just that these 3 songs are older.. you should at least listen to I'll be your man, missing you, and beautiful pain, you won't regret it!
These songs don't even scratch the surface of what BTOB can do vocally. If girl groups have Mamamoo when it comes to amazing vocals, boy groups have BTOB. Their harmonies are INSANE. They had more of a hiphop more rap based vibe in the beginning of their career because that's what was popular at the time, but then gradually switch over to more vocal heavy music and that's where they really shined. They have amazing power ballads.
Another thing about this group, they're another one of those groups who are god given performers when they're on stage but are absolutely crazy comedians off-stage. They're known to just let loose, forget their idol images, and pull the ugliest faces just for the heck of it.
Also Hyun Sik is Kyungsoo’s friend and classmate in middle school ❤️

I have the complete different opinion about BtoB. Their title tracks are always fun and something that you can dance to, but omg their vocals are heavenly so I associate them more with ballads or melodic rapping. All of them are main singer material, and they're also HILARIOUS 🤣. I don't even stan them but I'm always watching their funny moments compilations.

I love just how with the songs you reacted to; I can tell you they are one of the greatest ballad kpop group. Their vocals and ability to harmonise is insane.

As an old fan its funny to hear you think they are a "fun" group, although of course its totally understandable considering the songs you reacted to! But for a while now they have been famous for their awesome ballads and vocal skills. (I actually miss their dance songs haha).

yess their early songs definitely were fun and 'party'ish, but btob have transitioned to having more mature and more ballad-like songs, and have had more songs focused on showing their amazing vocals (and rap ofc).
id definitely say btob have some of the best vocalists out there, if you're interested in seeing some of their newer stuff or some of their more ballad songs you should definitely check out "It's Okay" and "Missing You" , and "I'll Be Your Man". if you do want to dive into more of their vocals specifically check out their subunit BTOB Blue or any of their immortal song performances :)

And are currently promoting as a 4 part subunit while other members are in the military. They're known as top vocal kings in the industry and most commonly known as the ballad kings funnily enough as a juxtaposition to their debut image. As for "putting them on and having a good time" whether it's songs, performances or just random videos they are considered some of the ultimate crackheads lol. As a curiosity, in 2012 a group called "Younique Unit" debuted as a result of the collaboration of S.M. with the Hyundai brand in a marketing campaign. They participated in the mini album "PYL Younique Album Vol.1" with a single / video "MaxStep", and the members were: Kai and Luhan (Exo), Hyo (Girls Generation), Taemin (Shinee), Eun Hyuk and Henry Lau (Super Junior). Okay, first BtoB is know as incredible singer all the rapper can sing and all the members have different vocal tones. Also all of them are crackhead and one of the funniest and loudest groups in the industry. Because of this they usually appear in Variety Shows especially Eunkwang.
The blond guy in Wow is So Eunkwang the leader also one of the few main vocalists that sing with "cheek voice" imagine head voice but with his cheeks, like that he songs most of the high notes. Also he has done some Musicals.
Changsub is also an incredible vocalist, he can also reach high notes but he has a much richer tone.
Hyungsik is the composer of BtoB, he is often writing or composing songs for the group. Also his dad was a famous singer in the 80s with two hit song that every person in their 50s to 30s knows about. He has a much huskier tone in comparison to the others.
Minhyuk, rapper that you said rapped good in Beep Beep. He is actually a rapper that rap because he wants to not because he is a bad singer. He is a soloist and his name is "Huta". He is also a great dancer and he is the 3rd Generation of Sport Idol. In ISAC(an Idol athletics completion) he is one of the people with more medals.
Peniel is a rapper that sadly because of stress lost his hair and now he keeps it short. Even his members when watch older videos say it is weird seeing him with hair. And the start he was really ashamed of his condition but now he is proud of his bald hair. He is also an Korean-American.
YookSungjae is the Maknae and his nickname is a Crazy Goodlooking person, he is also one of the members that shine in variety shows because he always has something to say. Sungjae's voice is quite smooth and soothing, plus he has a lower tone so it is perfect for ballads.
Lastly BtoB is know a 6 members group because recently Ilhoon ( The guy in Wow you though was the leader),the main rapper was cought in a drug controversy and decided to leave the group in order to not damage their image. But many Melodies ( Fandom name:Melody) and BtoB still think of the group as 7 members.
BTOB’s vocal line is INSANEEE, their mic is always on especially on music shows they definitely are one of the boygroups with superb vocals YEEEY so happy you reacted to them! Eunkwang and Changsub have the most unique voices.
