Did not know that lemurs are allowed to be kept by anyone other than zoos. I thought they were an endangered species. Some are critical. I guess they are in these states. the U.S. States, including Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, Missouri, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin, allow keeping Lemurs under law. However, the rules for counties and cities under these states might differ.
I feel like my life just sucks compared to what it should be. I started 35 years ago breeding fish and reptiles, hit all the shows, shops in california, but always worked in technology, and after all these years the pay sucks, what makes me happy is being around animals and such, but wtf is a 48 year old guy in a crappy town going to do to get to be around animals like this all the time, i certainly can't afford it now, and how can i make money doing stuff with animals to make a living, anyways, very jealous. I quit breeding years ago due to it being flooded and needing to focus on other things. I still have fish, 6 snakes, 7 tarantulas and such but wish i could have some land with some goats and such.
