You guys has been a school and a brand that I would recommend to anyone thank you ,you have no idea how much these videos mean I started out with zero experience I had nothing but passions for this kinda of work and automotive in general now I'm about to start my own business and I have everything eastwood freakin love it.
I have 13 holes in my ex police to cover ,This video is great and have some question what where the welder settings did you use gas and how is it grounded and what wire is good without gas . Thanks
wow, I am no pro but I would simply use a brass backer and weld it shut right? instead of having a 1" reweld wound on inside of panel? eastwood come on, your trying to sell this? even if you cannot get to the back of it, you can weld shut something small.

Not real sure this is necessary for most trim holes
nice work
Thanks!
Would a Tig welder be better to use on the thinner metal? I'm not a welder at all, just curious
You can use TIG or MIG for sheet metal repairs
Is this epoxy sandable?
Nice 👍
What if. The. Hole. Is in quarter panel
It will be the same repair process as the hole in the fender we demonstrate at 1:01

yes for majority of trim hole welds that is the way to go.
This trippy music had me nodding off. Good to see no bondo used. 😂
Maybe an antenna hole but not those small holes easily welded closed.
