just what I needed to see, to figure out if an after market str/wheel will mount to same steering column adapter underneath that hideous steering whl & air blag. and Yes I think she will. Grant coming soon. 3 spoke blk with leather and 3 holes. no more bag. blanco basura bolsa
At 1:16...ummm it appears you have already cut your left and right power wires to toggles pre-film. As you grab the spring loaded shaft mentioning "i believe this is for your horn". Yes, yes it is...and its not connected to anything 😉. SO , you cut it...or thst truck never had a working horn lol
Really?!?!? I don’t know how I accomplished that, but I guess your analysis has revealed why my horn doesn’t work now! I knew I screwed something up in there… Thanks for the tip!
My truck is the same way and the horn works just fine. My guess is that it gets it's power from the clock spring or is fed on the back side by the clock spring side and when the horn is pressed it grounds on the metal backing of the airbag and completes the circuit causing the horn to function. JMO
❤❤❤❤
Can you make a video on how to replace the clock spring
What else do you need to do to install an Aftermarket wheel ?
What about the rest of it ??????
Not one video on YT how to remove and disarm the whole thing, so you can add a different steering wheel
