How good is it for dark rooms I've read online that blacks look grey in such setting among other visual issues with HDR lacking the proper brightness to support it
I got this tv for a week. The left side of screen at the bottom has a line of randomly flashing pixels. Surprisingly you can see this in the video here, if you zoom. On part with call of duty. Im also experiencing issues with dolby vision videos played in amazon prime, the whole screen randomly dims for a fraction of a second. Vesa mount is terrible, bith bottom screws are basically attached only to plastic, and they are bending. Ive contacted Hisense support to identify/solve issues, they are terrible, ignored majority of my description and said "tv is fine, it's the game". It is not. Similar pixel flashing i see on ps5, pc, and even youtube video played internally from tv. And now, seeing this video and tv with the same issue, im more inclined to return itrather than exchange. Darker areas in Last of us look greyish. I have a VA panel monitor. I enjoyed the darker scenes in last of us. May be HDR is spoiling the picture quality i think
Depends how close you are to your TV I think. If you're about 2 or 2.5 meters, the 65 might be too big. But 3 meters and more the 65 would be more suitable
I heard on the U8N model if you turn volume down to 0 it will always show mute icon on screen. I have an A/V amp for sound does this model do that or would you have to set TV volume at 1 for instance?
That is totally individual. It depends on the source/feed satellite/cable/internet streaming provider and plan. And if there would be one setting for all, there wouldn’t be any settings anyways. It is also down tomorrows preferences. Just play around with the settings and find the ones best suiting your expectations!
** HELP ** "More Apps" is missing on mine to be able to remove/hide 'favourite apps' like on other Hisense TV's - Is this the same for you using the PRO?

Ive just found out about this tv and really wanted to buy it but ive just watched another review and he said something about response being very slow and.noticeable issues with the screen because of it watching film content and games etc. Ive a chance to buy a 75 inch for 800 or a 85 inch samsung for 1000 but its only 60hz . Dunno what to do 😂
I bought the same TV and I was positively surprised that this TV can 240Hz and not just 144Hz , I dont know why Hisense keeps advertising it as 144Hz !!
Do you think it's worth it for 399 Euros mainly for playing games on the xbox series x and watching movies? I am just really worried about the low brightness and the missing full arroy local dimming. I was maybe considering getting the u7h instead

Both bottom screws are basically attached to plastic, when I mounted the TV to rails, I could move them and they would bend the plastic a bit. I wouldn't recommend it to somebody with kids that could grab and pull it, looks like it could crack the plastic
