I'm a Darklord main. Morningstar should be played at 1. Condemned Darklord, which is the new Link monster for the archetype, allows you to search and summon Morningstar with ease
As someone who hasn't played Yugioh since the days of GX, I find it hard to fathom a card that requires 5 summons by your opponent in one turn being amazing. By watching Duel Logs and Dzeef I understand how fast the game has become since those days. I just hate the fact that trap cards are essentially useless now because anything you can't use RIGHT NOW is too slow.
I need a generic Spell or Trap that lowers or increases Levels by a not-fixed amount, like, “Pay/discard/banish (x amount of resources); increase/decrease the Level of all Monsters on the field by the amount of (resources paid).” Synchro and Xyz decks could make such good use of it, by discarding or banishing or paying Life Points. All those Synchros that require 1 Synchro Tuner and 2+ non-Tuner Synchros would be so much easier to summon.

Btw the recent Darklord support made Morningstar a lot easier to summon, also Morningstar is now a 1of staple in Darklord decks because of their new fusion
darklord morningstar actually can be reasonably used on your first turn if you give your opponent a monster using indulged darklord and then the mill effect can put 4 cards (one for each of: morningstar, condemned, the card you gave your opponent, and morningstar's summon) in your graveyard which can further extend your board if you mill the darklord spells and traps.

10:25 you misread the detach effect, the attack boost isn't "until end of the turn" it's a permanent boost, the ", also" before "for the rest of the turn" separates the attack boost from the time limit, which only applies to the "you can only declare an attack with this card" part
me and my friends like to use a mayakashi deck with Soul-Absorbing Bone Tower so throughout the combo you mill a bunch of cards from your opponents deck if you summon it than start the combo, it should mill 22 cards if i counted right if you get out 2 before hand it’s the whole deck, but i haven’t found a way to do that very well yet

Just want to point out that the attack and defence gain for juggernaut liebe isn't just for one turn, just that if you activate it that turn that is the only card that you can attack with so you could get it up to 10k attack over three turns potentially
Avida seems like it would be a good side deck card for going second against Link-spam combo decks. But I guess Nibiru does a better job of shutting down combo decks, so there's not much need to play it. But I could imagine it being a common side deck card if Nibiru didn't exist.
The fact that a borderline complete reset button. Isn’t used because of exactly one restriction is kinda ridiculous... like that would be straight up broken in almost any other card game!
I should note, usually the combo is the bring out gustav max, use his effect, then you just need to attack over two monsters with 3000 or less attack and your good

You got Juggernaut Liebe's effect wrong, it keeps the stat changes even after the turn ends, the rest of the turn effect is that only Juggernaut Liebe can attack
Slight correction on Juggernaut Liebe. Liebe's attack gain effect isn't till the end of the turn. It's a permanent gain. The only thing that lasts till the end of the turn is the restriction where only liebe can attack.
Liebe doesn't just gain 2000 ATK and DEF for the turn. The stat increase is permanent. The "for the rest of this turn" clause applies to if you use the power up effect you can only attack with that card. This means if Liebe is on the field for multiple turns its attack can continue to increase to 6k, 8k, etc. provided you have a way to keep putting materials on it and protect it

Personally, I would love to see a more personal list, like your top 10 favorite casual cards. What I mean by a casual card is a card that hasn't seen top cut competitive play in the last 5 or more years.
Or, your personal favorite common cards. Common cards are ones that have never been any rarity other than common, so no ash blossom.
Top 10 cards that took a long time to become meta relevant
I want to see a video about the Top 10 best Wyrm Monsters. It's a small group of monsters, but a lot of them, whether Main Deck or Extra Deck are pretty good. For example, any of the True King cards, Yazi, Evil of the Yang Zing, and even Archnemysys Protos from this video
9:42 Love this card! I'm not a train fanatic, but this is my second most favorite train based machine monster ever!
13:41 Astounding! Never heard of these cards before!
18:06 I hope to never come across this card in a duel!
Great List... even though I was rooting for Flower Cardian, Willow.
I will say 2 things about Morningstar.
1) Condemned Darklord and the new level 4 girls make this much easier to play and use the effects of.
2) The first Darklord is a cool fusion. I mean, I wish we'd given Ixchel a level 10 buddy but this is fun.
i can hear rata going wild as you didnt mention the rank10 trains tbat are used for its summon to deal 2800 burn then going into a 6k
I wonder is there any combos you could use with something like Mega Zaborg to nuke your own Extra deck and summon rebuilder on your first turn
9:39 German viewers listening to that pronunciation of liebe
Yup
@@mendi3126 XD XD XD LOL
LIYBEE
Or anyone who knows German in general lmao
@@Gothicssss yeah xD
10:25 you misread the detach effect, the attack boost isn't "until end of the turn" it's a permanent boost, the ", also" before "for the rest of the turn" separates the attack boost from the time limit, which only applies to the "you can only declare an attack with this card" part
You just like saying Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Juggernaut Liebe.
Incorrectly too, might wanna add. When Liebe is a German word that's supposed to be read like "lee-bay".
me and my friends like to use a mayakashi deck with Soul-Absorbing Bone Tower so throughout the combo you mill a bunch of cards from your opponents deck
if you summon it than start the combo, it should mill 22 cards if i counted right
if you get out 2 before hand it’s the whole deck, but i haven’t found a way to do that very well yet
9:39 Did someone call Rata, his sempai has been noticed
He's busy dealing with HEROS, or so I heard.
If a HEROs video is what’s taking so long for the next one to come out, I’d be okay with that. I would LOVE to see rata shit on/praise HEROs
Love these videos and being one of the low percentage of people who subscribe. A hard but fun video would be top 10 archetypes that are a few cards away from being broken
This deck rarely sees play in Darklord decks...hmm...a deck within a deck?? Deckeption??
I don’t even play yugioh anymore for like 10 years but I still watch your videos for some reason
Has he done “top ten hand traps” yet?
I believe so
@@Bigballa-po3fm He hasn't done it yet
My top 10 best hand trap(my opinion)
10. Ghost Belle and haunted mansion
9. Red Reboot
8. Artifact Lancea
7. Effect Veiler
6. Infinite Impermanence
5. Ash Blossom and Joyful Spring
4. Ghost Ogre and Snow Rabbit
3. Droll and Lock Bird
2. D.D Crow
1. Nibiru the Primal Being
That's depends on meta. But honestly number 1 Will be Maxx C.
@@doannang3670 what about Maxx C?
Nice to see that Darklord Morningstar is there. :O
You should have out Level/Rank in the title and thumbnail
Nice job explaining the mayakashi otk!
Zefraath is one of my favorite Yugioh cards of all times.
If you’re wondering why it’s level 11, it’s because it’s the 11th Zefra monster in the archetype.
Interesting list The Duel Logs! Obviously Nibiru will be there!
how about "top 10 level 3 monsters" its also not a very common type
What
Yes you're right, what ?! Go and count zem
Lv 9 is much more uncommon than that
@@CrnaStrelayes they can do a battle bet. Lvl9 and lvl11
Tour guide burning abyss
I got three copies of that monster at number ten as its probably the literal only reliable way to deal with an extra link deck if it becomes super popular.
Top 10 red eyes cards
Dragun and metal #2 and #1
Flare metal #3
I've been requesting that for months. Apparently, he doesn't like Red-Eyes.
Dragun, REDMD, Flare metal, Black metal dragon(not red eyes but it support red eyes), to some degree red eyes fusion (with verte other wise it suck), and the rest you can just put rest extra deck Red eyes monsters.
actually, darklord morningstar is used in all pure darklord decks right now, after the new support they got.
at the very least you just use it to get a board wipe out of the first darklord
Hey so uh, Duel Logs, buddy, pal, guy. Quick question for ya. Are you mispronouncing monsters names on purpose at this point?
He pronounced them accurately in this video, I don't see your point?
Maybe where you live its pronounced differently. But according to my Canadian English its accurate.
darknifu Its Leebe not Liebay
darknifu From my baseline German that I know it’s pronounced Leebe
@@SuraimuWasTaken Appologies, didn't realize at first that it was that one you were talking about. I also didn't knew how Liebe was pronounced in German, I had to look it up.
Been using Morning Star since Condemned came out and made him really easy to get out
I love the way you pronounce Archnemesys Eschatos! XD ❤️
Some other suggestions for videos:
Best monsters who benefit from skill drain
Best cards with actual cards depicted on the artwork (cards of consonance, into the void, etc.)
Best otk decks in yugioh history
Best World championship winner decks
Yoooo! Archnemeses Escatos is just the monster I need for my "all levels, all types, all attributes, all summons" deck!
Great vid DuelLogs!
I think what duel logs is skimming over when it comes to juggernaut cannon leibe is how ridiculously *easy* it is to get out
For reference i mean just the generic train deck in general. Like, with a good hand you can get two of these out first turn with three xyz materials each
Title threw me off for a second 😅 if you do a top rank 10 you should make it "top 11 level 10 monsters" love the videos you're the 🐐!!
This may be the most specific Top 10 list on this channel.
Great job though!
for juggernaut liebe you can use number 27 DREADNOUGHT DREADNOID to special summon it from the extra deck
Gashadokuro the Skeletal Mayakasi has badass artwork!
Avida counts link monsters on either player's field or GY, you can use it going second if you're up against a link-based deck.
The fact that a borderline complete reset button. Isn’t used because of exactly one restriction is kinda ridiculous... like that would be straight up broken in almost any other card game!
Fiber Jar
I should note, usually the combo is the bring out gustav max, use his effect, then you just need to attack over two monsters with 3000 or less attack and your good
No Gate Guardian in here, I wonder why. =P
Funny to see THAT Monster on the number 1 spot again in just a few videos.
Here are my usual suggestions:
Top 10 Tuner Monsters (that aren't mainly used as hand traps);
Top 10 Ritual Monsters;
Top 10 Union Monsters;
Top 10 Gemini Monsters;
Top 10 Cards that have a better version of themselves (BLS>Chaos Sorcerer, Magical Stone Excavation>Spell Reproduction, Gold Sarcophagus>Different Dimension Capsule...)
Top 10 Spell/Trap Cards that activate from the GY.
Top 10 cards that can be substituted as a fusion material.
You got Juggernaut Liebe's effect wrong, it keeps the stat changes even after the turn ends, the rest of the turn effect is that only Juggernaut Liebe can attack
I hate it when i have to explain this in duelingbook
im so excited to see what is the present of subscriptions :))
Slight correction on Juggernaut Liebe. Liebe's attack gain effect isn't till the end of the turn. It's a permanent gain. The only thing that lasts till the end of the turn is the restriction where only liebe can attack.
Top 10 monsters that can attack multiple times! Also, love your vids and monotone voice!
Liebe doesn't just gain 2000 ATK and DEF for the turn. The stat increase is permanent. The "for the rest of this turn" clause applies to if you use the power up effect you can only attack with that card.
This means if Liebe is on the field for multiple turns its attack can continue to increase to 6k, 8k, etc. provided you have a way to keep putting materials on it and protect it
the push of the rail canon juggenaut Leiber is permanent it just means u ONLY can attack with LIebe for the rest of the turn if you use his effect
New top 10 list idea: Best EARTH Machine monsters.
By this point, there's plenty to choose from, such as Scraps, Ancient Gears, Infinitrack, Trains, Machina, BES, etc.
I have a suggestion for a video: Best Dark Magician support cards.
Have a Blessed day 😇
Soul Servant and Magician's Souls, and...
Love using star eater in a super gimmick blue eyes/dragon deck
Gashadokoro was helping me a bunch against a traptrix xyz monster that couldnt be destroyed by battle. tested his effect out and he just attacked through that monsters battle destruction prevention and destroyed it.
Also u can use dreadnaught dreadnoid and limitor removal to beat over pretty much anything (within reason) and then go into Gustav with an additional XYZ material who can then either burn or go into srcjl
I love how libe has a stand aura around it in the thumbnail
