I'm baking it now... 140 C for 10 minutes doesn't seem right. It's in the iven for 25 minutes but still soft. I increased the temperature to 200 C now let's see what happens.... 😮 I realised after... It should stay in oven for 40 min at 140 C. Well I took out after 1 hour but it wasn't fully crispy yet. And for me it was too sweet.

Just one question, are the sweet potatoes cured, how my grandmother and mother cured them was sunning them for 3 days, then they would cook them until tender. Sunning them for 2 to 3 days,making sure to turn the downside(towards the ground)upwards and vice versa, the sunned part down, the sun up(6,500ft.) here isn't as intense and humidity is non-existant, as in the coastal areas(sea level). Hope this clears any doubts on your part.@@fernandaruiz2117
First of all great idea and tastes great. But not sure what I did wrong. I was very excited that my sweet potato was exactly 300g but I added the other ingredients as listed but turned out the texture of mashed potato. I added probably another 50g starch to be less sticky(but still not as firm as in the video). It was mush after 45 minutes of baking but got it crispy afer baking for 1.5hours. Will have to try again some time
I looked for the recipe and here I leave you what I found. Recipe. 300 g of sweet potato (peeled weight) 20 g of unsalted butter 10 g of sugar 20 g of corn starch
i made it yesterday. i cooked the potatoes in water. but it didnt work like you show. too thick and i didnt get it so flat. dont know what i did wrong. still it was ok to eat🙋
@@ktp20101 Oops...Pumpkin sweet potato is one of varieties of Korean sweet potatoes......We have two varieties, the moist one and the dry one. We call the moist sweet potatoes 'pumpkin' sweet potatoes and the dry one 'chestnut' sweet potatoes. And they are totally different. She wrote 'pumpkin sweet potatoes' in Korean but it might be translated incorrectly!

I tried this recipe, but didn't work out, when the time's up, it still very soft, so I increased the temp., guess it's too high and it burnt.😂 It turned from orange to brown, and not crispy, very hard.

고구마 300g + 가염버터 20g + 감자전분20g + 설탕 20g 집에 있는 재료로 만들었는데,

색은 안쁘지만 하트 틀로 모양내서 만들었더니 넘 귀여워요 생각보다 설탕을 많이 넣어야해요..
조금 밖에 안 넣었더니 그냥 바삭한 맛...ㅋㅋ
에어프라이어도 가능한데 온도를 좀 낮추고 시간을 좀 더 오래하는 거 추천..
이거 만들어봤는데 생각처럼 전 쉽지안았어요 일단 고구마가 호박고구마라서 그런지 가루넣어두넣어두 질기만하네요 전분가루를 40g더 넣은것같아요 간신이 만들긴했는데 이게 맞나싶어요ㅎ 완전 얍게해야될거같아요
