Don't forget, Tennessee is likeunto 3 states in one. East TN is an easy mountainous (not as bad as the Rocky Mountains). Middle TN is hilly. And good ole' West TN where I'm from has bad company with Memphis crime rate or up the river to my little small town halfway up the state along the Mississippi River. however we lived in the Florida Keys a few years which was lovely weather wise-except for hurricanes ( we couldn't evacuate as I was a nurse and expected to remain ) You will enjoy Jeff and Kristen. Those two show how fantastic being married can be.

I really like the Tennessee people seen here (except for the few assorted fruits & nuts but every state has those). As someone who can not be a California expat soon enough, I hope we can be blessed enough to live somewhere with people like Jeff & his wife.

Front wheel bearing making noise at 20K and totally shot at 30K is NOT a good endorsement for Dodge products. Dodge engineers! "HOW DARE YOU!" As Gretta would say.
I always like to cheer up kids too, when they are having a bad day. I was changing a flat for a lady and 2 kids stranded on the side of the road, and totally upset they might not get to the beach on a hot day. I put the 2 kids to "work" helping me (moving hub cap and holding lug nuts) while I jumped on a 12" lug wrench to remove a stubborn lug nut. Then thanked them profusely for helping me and their mom change the tire. They were smiling from ear to ear and so proud of themselves. Made my day, and theirs I believe. You 2 are awesome. Keep up the good work.

I'm not about to say anything about people's ability to drive -- you never know what's going to happen or now slick roadways might be, it's different in every location, and I've been blessed that I never got stuck like that, but I'd never criticize someone else who did. Things do happen that are beyond one's control. This is just my opinion, but I can safely say, "There but for the Grace of God go I."

You should tell your dealer and Dodge that 37,000 people were just told how poor their product and customer service is. With at least a significant portion of your work on video, it’s pretty obvious that you take care of your truck and equipment. As far as aftermarket things being on a truck, they sold you a cab and chassis right? Doesn’t that, by definition mean you will be adding aftermarket equipment to it? It’s kinda useless otherwise. Good luck with it moving forward.

Also iirc both that socket and that axle have been the same since like 2010ish iirc.

The family with the Chevy Explorer: I thought there was going to be a problem from the get-go with that guy. As soon as you got out of the truck, he straightened up to appear bigger than he was, for intimidation. As soon as you said someone had called to have it removed, he lowered his stance. They lied through their teeth and had to be told a second time about the fee. He realized you were not going to lower the van until he paid. The idea that they went into Five Guys and started a fight is crazy. They do something wrong and someone else gets hurt because of it. Nice way to set an example for those kids. Don't take responsibility for your mistake and blame someone else, and then beat someone else up. Just because the police didn't notify you doesn't mean anything. I would go to Five Guys and give them the license plate number that's on your recording so they can find him. He needs to pay for what he done before it happens again. The next time the other person might not fare so well.

River road is also pretty dead at that time of night, so if they're being cheap, they could have walked up the hill. It was more of an excuse of we're not paying for parking, nor are we walking.. Also not sure why the wheel bearing was on back order because I’ve had no problems getting any! As for belt noises I’ve had a few of them and ended up being the power steering pulley not aligned properly on a few causing the pulley to cut into the belt over time, also there is new parts and bolt with new boots for the shifter issues, just things I see everyday being a Chrysler tech, love your videos anyhow, keep doing what your doing man! Any future issues you can always reach out to get a little inside intell if you need 👍 also not sure why they’re denying anything because it’s unfitted, that’s what the cab and chassis 4500/5500 is designed for, for upfits, still doesn’t change the fact of failed factory parts, sorry you don’t seem to get the service there as you would around here!
