No idea how Alfiq have the nerve to be offended by humans treating them like normal cats. If I found out that I looked exactly like a species humanity worships as gods, I would be thrilled.
Being an Alfiq would probably give one a huge advantage if you were a merchant and dealing with humans. Playing up the cute little kitty angle would probably go a long way towards getting you better deals
@@jacobnicola5950 Hopefully, beastfolk in general just get more variation. Khajiit have 16 different types, (really only 12 that are sentient,) and Argonians can legitimately be anything. It'd make sense for different races of beastfolk to be playable.
It feels strange for them to be a canon thing. It scares me more about whether or not they have the same laws applied to them as humanoids. Can they legally invest in real estate?
In lore the Alfiq are citizens of Elsywer and van buy property, have jobs and careers and live like normal citizens. Outside of the province they may be mistaken as house cats but they are full Khajit and most are gifted with magical aptitude and make the best mages. The entirety of Khajit culture and birth is baised on the moons and their orientation Khajit can look like elves, like giant tigers, humans, house cats but they are all Khajit and each form has the same rights and citizenship.
@@windhelmguard5295 There's actually a series of books of Khajiit jokes in ESO that deal with "the Angry Alfiq" as a recurring character. One of them involves the titular Alfiq falling for a Senche-raht. It doesn't end well for him. :P
Pretty sure the dragon year was most likely developed by a bunch of cat lovers/feline fanatics otherwise the dragons would’ve taken place within central Skyrim.
