If I remember it correctly, when a khajiit is born, they look like a tiny kitten and as they grow, they take on the form depending on the phase of Jone and Jode. So an Alfiq mother would have no problem giving birth to an offspring that eventually grows to a senche-raht.
This is my personal headcanon as to why khajiit are banned in cities in Skyrim. It's not due to racism but because the Nords couldn't resist trying to cuddle an Alfiq mage every time they saw one and would get electrocuted for their mistake. So, the no Khajiit allowed rule is to protect the Nords from their own stupidity.
She is one of the clan mothers. They are the keepers of the myth of the khajiit people. They meditate on them and attempt to guide their people through these myths. So, in a way, she is. Though I’d say bishop is closer.

The smaller Khahiit tend to be more magically inclined, so it's not a problem. I'm sure many give praise to Azurah for being so adept in the magical arts
Being small and able to jump 10 times your body length has its advantages, plus being naturally adept at magic. It would be pretty great, I’d love to be an alfiq

i couldnt stand her voice--there are times to be cute and funny and alfiqs just got an overkill of it--had to turn on subtitles just to discern her incessantly overdone dialogue
explored lesser known parts and more obscure facts of the lore, alfiq and other khajiit variations are nothing new lore wise, they just were never physically featured in a game before eso yet
Remember, khajiit birth is determined by moon phases. Being born as a Alfiq is slightly more close to being labeled as a housecat outside of Elsweyr
I'm a little concerned by what might happen if an Alfiq gives birth to a Cathay-Raht. Or worse, a Senche-Raht. 😳

Alfiq are also masters of the arcane. Teleportation, levitation and telekynesis is not out of their reach.
