Don't forget that being a TH-camr is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a little bit of Famester of course to help) is key to success!!
Unliked, so I could like again. Sean, you’re consistently encouraging me from afar. Love that you keep God’s Word as a foundation. Thank you for all you do for this community.
Hi Sean, I always enjoy your podcast but this episode was exceptionally outstanding! Each step you mentioned really spoke to my heart! You and your team are all the things you shared in this video and I have learned so much from you!! ❤ Love and God Bless, Mary PS…and thank you for mentioning me…you are always so sweet.
Honesty and integrity. Character qualities that tend to be rare but are what make others know you are trustworthy. Another great video podcast. Thank you Sean. Keep holding the standard high.
Love this episode!! Lots of great takeaways for my next video! I really appreciate the recap at the end. I was listening while working on a project but stopped to take notes at the end of the episode and REALLY appreciated the thoughtful format of this incredible content! Thanks again!
It’s a good investment. Henry Cloud also wrote books about boundaries, which were outstanding and helped me establish healthy boundaries in my life. His work is top notch. And applying these concepts to your business and videos? Shows wisdom.
This is really good. I have unsubscribed from channels with good content because the creators somehow seemed sketchy. Fake chat and obviously purchased likes are the worst 🤦🏿♂️...followed by a presenter who seems like they are getting away with something by being on canera. If they don't seem comfortable, neither do I.
One thing though about “in that vertical…” With the thought process of “I didn’t hire them for this but for that so idc what their track record in this is” My base line is if it runs into integrity issues. If someone has a bad track record of being shady in an area, I’m not going to hire them for anything. Lacking skills somewhere? Sure. Lacking basic integrity, that’s a no go. How you are with one thing is how you are with everything.
Hey! Can you do something about current YT algorithm? I noticed that recently it seems to push video out to Google search, where most of my views currently come from, resulting way worse retention than usually.... I wonder what happens. Thanks!
Wtf you mean honesty & integrity, his thumbnail is a clickbait, showing 2m subs & his channel is less than 200k, 😂, please don't bother to comment or like cause that's the main reason for the mislead,, make more engagements😂
I think my audience likes shorts and shorter videos. Can I build a lifestyle/how to kind of channel (I’m A wedding dress designer and bridal illustrator and I teach other designers and I want to make videos about my life to grow my bridal brand and illustration classes.
This is a wonderful video. Thanks for the message, your dedication to the Lord, and the personal integrity you put into the information. I will change the way I am doing my own channel because of this information. I will also share this with friends - watch more. May God bless you in Jesus name - and have an awesome day!
PS - My Biggest Takeaway - Be Sure to Make the Videos about the Audience - show you were or are in their shoes and that you care about them and their journey. Excellent!
