The perfect counter to Danny is believe it or not, Randy Cunningham, the 9th grade ninja. The mask and by extension the suit, come with anti spirit attack measures, meaning so long as Randy is wearing the mask he can't be killed or taken over by a spirit, this renders most of Danny's attacks useless as a whole because they rely on spirit energy. Randy's weaponry (mainly his sword) can also kill ghosts as well, quite easily in fact. The Tengu Fireball is pure spirit energy as well, meaning Danny is 100% susceptible to it and as a last resort, Danny can burn the mask and summon the spirit of the Tengu to do battle with Danny, while also getting a brand new mask from it as well. Randy's entire kit not only invalidates Danny's, but completely renders him nothing more than a strong kid who can fly.

Nth metal knuckle dusters aren’t going to be enough better to just commission the Fentons to make a Fenton Batsuit
On a sidenote, some of the Fenton families ghost hunting technology, plus the ecto Iranian that’s still floats out in space can have useful ghost hunting possibilities and imprisoning goes like gentleman ghost.

The issue is that for most of the series, Jazz is in on Danny's secret identity. If she's in on Batman's plan, she could warn Danny.
