Good job 👍

Had a wonderful evening, trying some lovely drams while chatting with you. As usual , a blind dram is a humbling experience. Especially when you're sure that what you're tasting is a 10 yo non-Islay whisky 😂

Thanks a lot, Menno for being my guest & play the difficult but always educational exercise of blind tasting, as it was for me too, you're a star ! Hope to do things better next time about the connection if i can, but also the quiz & let you more time to say your choices too (apologies if I did cut you too much, was not easy for me to drive this quiz, I'm not used to it like you & Roy, Cheers ! 🥃

Nice one guys a very hard but fun challenge!
    - Hah what is that Biersky? I'm intrigued, I'll check it out but that was hard one for Menno!
    - American Single Malts are very hard to pinpoint. You have bourbonesque notes but also the maltyness is there.
-Never heard of Artesia but if it reminds Menno of Tamdhu 12 then amazing for them!
    - The only Belgian whisky I had was Filliers but I was not very impressed.
    - Wow Greg WOW!!! Putting a 1979 Port Ellen in a bling is nothing short of badass! Lucky Menno!
    - Damn Greg to call out Patterson's touch on Nomad is brilliant! My hat off to you sir 🎩
7/10 for the quiz, that last one was difficult!
Cheers guys this was a fun one 🥃

Hi Sertug & thanks for your comment...For the record & I mentioned it during the live but yeah indeed on my side this was rather an "educational" tasting rather than a classic "blind challenge", as I knew he couldn't try them elsehow...But, and it is a spoiler, we planned with Menno to do a "return match" soon, and this time I'll choose only whiskies from distilleries or companies he knows...About the Biersky, I'm impressed indeed & this distillery (distillerie Bertrand) does great things since 1874 spirits wise, and whisky since 2003 (a big video is coming, btw, with 3 of their single malts & 2 versions of the Biersky, the other being a cask strength rum cask one !). Artesia wise (T.O.S. Distillery) I talked a lot about it in my channel & I do recommend all the ones I tried (I have 4 different ones now). Belgian whisky wise, Menno will evoke them way better than me but I do have some Belgian Owl & tried others too, so rather recommend that single malt, in the wait of other brands to be available here...Yeah the Port Ellen was a treat also chosen for his vintage, Menno's one...Nomad wise, I had the opportunity to try a lot of Dalmore, Jura, Fettercairn & Whyte and MacKay over the years & met Richard a couple of times in shows...Besides congrats for your 7/10 on the quiz, it's a good score (& if memory serves Roy told me in private he also scored 7). Cheers ! 🥃
