Yeah him shitting on the mini really shows a lack of actual knowledge of the series. Was really disappointed as that the mini is meant to show his evolution and he completely missed the purpose of it.
Let's also not forget that, the last entry, contains a Magnet Release Rasenshuriken. Magnet Release Rasengan was enough to seal and paralyze one of Madara's Limbo Clones. So if Rasenshuriken is like being shoved into a blender, you can still try and escape or use jutsu to get out of it. With this one you're just screwed.
Sage Art: Super Tailed Beast Rasenshuriken is definitely #1 but also just imagine the Magnet Release Rasenshuriken by itself; just imagine getting sealed within Shukaku's Cursed Seal while countless blades of wind are literally shredding you're cells apart and ripping them from you're Chakra network.
Don't forget that the six paths ultra big ball rasenshuriken also required (I don't know if it REQUIRED, but it did USE) another fully transformed shadow clone, controlled by Kurama, that was hit away toward the beginning of when Naruto summoned the shadow clones, hiding away in the forest below, to gather up nature energy and give it all to Naruto at the last minute... matter in fact, Karuma says, iirc, he gathered up all the energy in the surroundings, and he may have gathered up TOO much...
This is a detail that always shocks me on this fight. Naruto's kcm at the end of the show is pretty much equal to sasuke's perfect susanoo. Now Sasuke uses the power of all taled beasts, imbues it into his susanoo and then expends pretty much all that power in a single attack(Indra's arrow) and Naruto leaves a clone controlled by kurama to gather senjutsu chakra and uses this to fuel a technique equal to Indra's arrow singlehandedly

Had he done that abilities in the ashura mode, it would have been more devastating. So I understand the placement

my favorite rasengan moments have always been 1. the mini rasenshuriken. it reminded me of all those blown up water balloons at the beginning when he was not able to make the chakra spin tightly in a controlled perfect sphere (already a very difficult task) and now he's spinning it at a very much smaller diameter. the insane centripetal/centrifugal forces required to hold that together is quite remarkable. i would have to assume that while the total "space" that thing can damage is smaller than the bigger rasenshuriken, the actual force of that tiny ball is much greater than the big ones. of course that's assuming kishimoto cared about earth physics in this moment and wasn't just drawing fun and cute things :) 2. the one handed rasengan naruto nonchalantly whips out in the final battle with sasuke. i almost fell out of my chair when i first saw that and wondered if i imagined it. he spent the entire show stamping the rasengan with his naruto special creativity (clones, cloaks, tails, etc) to create it and at the end he is finally able to make one with 1 hand. it was a cool moment for me. while i love the creativity and the growth of his understanding and use of the shadow clones and his tailed beast, it does come at a disadvantage if his most powerful jutsu is dependent on a clone (one reason why sasuke tried so hard to block him from making clones in their fight) or a tailed beast cloak/tail. so the option of being able to do it single handed is a definite upgrade. also a nice reminder that despite all his growth and mastery of this technique, he didnt forget its origins and would appear like he was still practising how to make it like it was originally intended to be delivered. one thing i liked about naruto's character is that he always respected his teachers no matter how far up he climbed.

I would say the initial upgrade of the Rasanshuriken, being able to throw it, removed all the drawbacks that the Rasanshuriken had. while it isn't number 1, it really should have been number 10 to at least an honorable mention.

The reason why Naruto only has the same type of jutsu all the time is because rasengan, in theory, is already a peak of jutsu ever created. It can be thrown away, has massive damage, can be manipulated and transformed into different forms, and can even be combined with other elemental jutsus to create even more creative attacks with various degree of damages. You can pretty much do almost anything, attacking-wise, with rasengan.
Can you explain the Samurai's Lore in the Naruto Universe. Like what are the Origins, Powel Level and Feats that a Samurai from Naruto can do. (Because I like Swords).
I’d argue that the super rasen shuriken is the strongest bc it allowed Naruto to make every release rasen shuriken there is+inferno style if sasuke is around. So that not 9 shurikens it’s more like 20+ shurikens not including the 6[7] he can make form he true seekers( also I wanna add any oodama rasen shuriken can be done with any release state). Edit; they also kind of need his rasen shurikens bc when we’re first introduced to it. We’ve given the info that it cuts on a cellular level. Which mean on contact the blades literally can cut through anything. Secondly once the core has made contact it explodes! So anything caught within its radius is doomed. An lastly upon explosion its entire radius is ricocheting with needles that literally slice through your entire existence that are ALSO EMBUED with whatever nature/release is made with the rasen shuriken. So this means that for a inferno release shuriken you not only sliced on a cellular level but you’re burning on that same cellular level too.
Ok the scariest thing is the scorch release rasinshurkin. Not because of the battlefield busting, but because if the infinite amount of of blades that can cut you on the cellular level, that we’ll now also burn you forever.
I think that the six paths rasen shuriken is probably weaker than the tailed beast barrage because naruto wasn't trying to kill sasuke and so he canceled out indra's arrow but he was definitely trying to unalive kaguya so he would have used his full force. You could also argue that all the different effects that would be applied by 9 kekkei genkai rasen shuriken would be stronger than the big 2 he threw at sasuke but it's like you said there are valid arguments for both sides

i think you putting that at number one is fair, because Naruto basically can spam it. the second on the list is without a doubt the strongest version, it not easy to acces everytime Naruto want to or need to use it.
I'd switch your last 2, simply because Naruto was able to stalemate Sasuke's Indra's arrow with the Ying Yang Rasenshuriken, and Indra's arrow was powered by the chakra of the 9 tailed beasts, including a half of Kurama, meanwhile Naruto only used 1 half of Kurama plus a bunch of Nature energy.

I don't get how the true Kekkei genki of scorch release can be "beat with a lil bit of water" but kakuzu's couldn't. Kakashi said water alone wasn't enough to stop his fire and wind monsters combined attack. You would think the real version of those two elements combined would be to strong for just water to stop.

Those mini rasenshurikens are the cutest thing found here, its minimal visibility is great for stealth purposes.

I would say the initial upgrade of the Rasanshuriken, being able to throw it, removed all the drawbacks that the Rasanshuriken had. while it isn't number 1, it really should have been number 10 to at least an honorable mention.

The reason why Naruto only has the same type of jutsu all the time is because rasengan, in theory, is already a peak of jutsu ever created. It can be thrown away, has massive damage, can be manipulated and transformed into different forms, and can even be combined with other elemental jutsus to create even more creative attacks with various degree of damages. You can pretty much do almost anything, attacking-wise, with rasengan.

I’d argue that the super rasen shuriken is the strongest bc it allowed Naruto to make every release rasen shuriken there is+inferno style if sasuke is around. So that not 9 shurikens it’s more like 20+ shurikens not including the 6[7] he can make form he true seekers( also I wanna add any oodama rasen shuriken can be done with any release state).
Edit; they also kind of need his rasen shurikens bc when we’re first introduced to it. We’ve given the info that it cuts on a cellular level. Which mean on contact the blades literally can cut through anything. Secondly once the core has made contact it explodes! So anything caught within its radius is doomed. An lastly upon explosion its entire radius is ricocheting with needles that literally slice through your entire existence that are ALSO EMBUED with whatever nature/release is made with the rasen shuriken. So this means that for a inferno release shuriken you not only sliced on a cellular level but you’re burning on that same cellular level too.

I think that the six paths rasen shuriken is probably weaker than the tailed beast barrage because naruto wasn't trying to kill sasuke and so he canceled out indra's arrow but he was definitely trying to unalive kaguya so he would have used his full force. You could also argue that all the different effects that would be applied by 9 kekkei genkai rasen shuriken would be stronger than the big 2 he threw at sasuke but it's like you said there are valid arguments for both sides

I don't get how the true Kekkei genki of scorch release can be "beat with a lil bit of water" but kakuzu's couldn't. Kakashi said water alone wasn't enough to stop his fire and wind monsters combined attack. You would think the real version of those two elements combined would be to strong for just water to stop.
