    I believe this is a first for me to see the use of brass in lieu of copper, it is a beauty. Keep innovating.

    Great blade. I love your minimalist set of tools. Just goes to show how much you can accomplish without big fancy equipment.

    • @MakerHA

      Thank you my friend. Yes, unfortunately I don't have conditions to buy better equipment, so I do it with what I have, which on the one hand is even good, which makes us think a little about how to do something without having the tool. 👍👍👍

    Definitely very interesting. Didn't thing brass was able to be forged with steel. Then again you can do it with copper too.

      That would be beautiful to see. But I'm still too inexperienced to make apricots. I still have to learn how to make the twisted damascus. Then yes I can try to do this sam mai 👍👍👍

    Very nice job! :)
    People ask me sometimes: "How does this hold the metal together?" well, never heard of brazing? :D
    If you put a slightly convex roll on the top your beltgrinder your belt won't wander to one side! :)
    Keep your content coming! I wish you 100k more subscribers! :)

      @MakerHA  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks a lot my friend. Yes, I've been asked that too :D. My regulator is made of wood and it is a little convex as you said, but I believe that when I was making the support for it it was not very well aligned, which makes it go from one side to the other. Thank you so much my friend, God willing one day I reach more than 100k subscribers 👍👍👍

    I’d love to try making a knife like this, great work! Do you remember how thick the brass sheet was? I can’t find much information on what thickness to use

    • @MakerHA
      @MakerHA  22 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

    How did you decide on the thickness for the center piece of steel?

    • @MakerHA
      @MakerHA  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      So, as I didn't have a thin plate, I used a car spring, it has something around 6mm, the ideal would be a 3mm 👍👍👍
