Anyone else think the AT4 trim is the best one from GMC? Also....I made a mistake (gasp!), the hood scoop on the 6.6 gas is not functional. I must be spending too much time with the Duramax trucks 🤷🏻♂️
Just purchased my 22 AT4 Duramax last week in summit white. That 10 speed Allison transmission is no joke, it pulls hard as the truck runs like a raped date when not pulling my 5th wheel. When I am pulling, you can't even tell it's there
Floor mats look great I just don’t understand why manufacturers would put carpet in a truck, just about everyone that gets a truck uses it for the utility and gets it dirty and never uses the carpet, but, to each is own.
I have a Chevy Silverado HD LT2, 2015, Great Truck, pretty well equipped , paid $ 48K, I can’t conceive that that a “ mild build” runs $64k plus with tax, these trucks have gotten out of control , so I’ll just baby mine and hang onto it, it’s got a book value of $ 28K with 75,000 miles on it.
I'm a Chevy guy through and through but you can get a nicer RAM for this price. With a lack of the interior being upgraded it looks like I will be switching to RAM.

I will be in the market for a 2500 gas as I do not need the extra added price for diesel. I will be test driving all brands
For carrying payload is a gas or diesel better? Plus here in Portland OR we have a lot of hills. And since it's only 10k difference and holds it value a lot better I think diesel all the way.
Luckily the new gmc sierra 1500: got a face lift on the outside and a redesigned interior I’m sure that’ll be making its way over to the 2500/3500s next year id imagine. Once that interior gets swapped theyll be some nice trucks

I have a 2021 3500 at4 with the 6.6 gas. When towing my 32 foot 10000 pound rv this thing is gutless. It also average when towing at 100kmh with cruse on between 30 to 38 litres per 100km. My new dirtmax is on order
The new 1500 trucks are getting the updating interior. The HD's always update a year or so after the 1500's. The new refreshed HD trucks are now slated for the 2024 model year.
I'm getting this exact model next year as an import in Australia only it costs us 175000 haha. But unlike North America in my area there is only one denali I've ever seen so that will feel nice

Good luck! I've been waiting since February for an Onyx Black 2500 AT4 premium Plus. It's apparently done but sitting in shipping. The premium Plus was the hold up. Not many to be found.
Wish they upgraded there fuel filter system more they only got one cartridge filter near the front of the fuel tank an it's the size of a lawn mower and the oil filter looks like it came off the 5.3 engine.
I’d like to know how you got one with heated seats for the rear and heated steering wheel and heated seats and cooled seats I went and looked at one and was immediately turned off by it when I seen it didn’t have it they told me GMC is not offering it due to the chip shortage
Did this truck have the auto start stop? I didn't notice a button to disable it. If not is it because of the chip shortage or are they not installing it moving forward?
I did not observe it either lower left of ac selector.Supposedly the 5.3s are the only ones available without it.Who knows this videos a contradiction of the best kind if so.Absolutely hate mine 2020 6.2/10sp
I'll have to verify that with my GM to know for sure. I can tell you that the 2022 2500HD Denali that I filmed this week did have the 360 camera, and that video will be live today at 4pm est.
My 2021 2500 at4 hd duramax has many more options and i only paid 7k more and it's a diesel!!! So glad i bought mine when i did! 2021 and 2022 are the same truck except because of the shortage of electronics and parts my 21 will be worth more than the 22's😁 plus you never showed the heads up display of it's equipped

Any inside information on the 2021 models that where being built and stored in the stock yard awaiting the missing chips, is there a large number of these trucks? Any way to find out how many have been built and awaiting chips? I know Ford as thousands sitting in the stock yards awaiting chips. I ask because if there is this masses supply, do you think the Incentives will be deeply discou ted to move them for the incoming model year, or will the 2021s help supply the next year's inventory

I would check with your dealer. This truck may have just been an allocation, but I doubt it since we were taking orders months ago and then processing the orders with GM as soon as we were able to do so.

Ebony metallic is a much nicer color! Trust me you will hate the onyx black from someone who has owned both. The onyx black is impossible to keep clean and even after washing it you will be left wanting more. The ebony twilight black has richness and depth and will sparkle when clean. Trust me if you can only find ebony twilight metallic black you must be looking at good trucks it's a $500 option and well worth it

List price you showed was 63k, the trucks in my area outfitted the same are running at a minimum of 78k. What’s that about? I’ve heard a lot of dealers in other parts of the country are marking up their vehicles way above sticker, perhaps that’s the case here? I’d check out the winder sticker on the one you’re looking at and make sure it’s a true apples to apples comparison. At my dealership we’re not selling over MSRP, it’s just not how we do business.

Last I heard was that auto stop start does not come on 3/4 ton trucks, only half ton. Also read that GM deleted that feature on half ton trucks for 2021 at least, due to the chip shortage. Let me know if this is correct. As far as auto start stop goes, I’m glad it’s gone.

My 2021 does have the charger, I noticed no mention of the charger on this 2022.

Ebony metallic is a much nicer color! Trust me you will hate the onyx black from someone who has owned both. The onyx black is impossible to keep clean and even after washing it you will be left wanting more. The ebony twilight black has richness and depth and will sparkle when clean. Trust me if you can only find ebony twilight metallic black you must be looking at good trucks it's a $500 option and well worth it

Youre probably comparing gasser prices to diesel truck prices.. This truck shown is a 6.6 gas engine, not a 6.6 diesel
