Top Speed geht die Karre ca. 230, Bergab sogar 250 ;)

Suggestion: I suggest the videos to be a bit longer like 10 minutes, felt short for me this video but it was awesome

My aktuelles auto packt gerade so 180 bergab auf der autobahn, ich hoffe mir noch den 320i zulegen zu können bevor die Autobahn auf 130 begrenzt wird (ich bete nicht aber man kann ja nie wissen)

I am going to change my car (2007 corolla) my options are
- 2010 BMW 320i (170) and
-2011 VW GTI
I'm looking for reliability and fun
Which do you recommend and why?
Owned both. The golf 6 is much better in terms of comfort and modern options, but the e90 is more fun if you want to drift.
I hope you know that both options will be less reliable than your current car, right?
Anyway, in terms of reliability I’d go for the BMW as it is naturally aspirated and rear wheel drive, which won’t necessarily mean it’ll break less but it means it’ll be cheaper to fix. Plus everyone knows that petrol VWs drink a lot of oil.
In terms of fun I’d say the bimmer is going to be more fun too since it is RWD and I assume it revs higher than the golf.
Reliability-none
Fun- Golf is the most boring car you can imagine. BMW is opposite.
I had Toyota Corolla 1.6 Vvti for years, bought it as used and never had a single problem. Last year I bought 2016 BMW 218i, after several months had some minor issue. Though big car and MPV so fun to drive. These days I am buying 2011 320i. They say it’s very unreliable but my opinion is everything is up to proper maintaining the car. Good luck but if you want reliable car only Honda and Toyota. Had Corolla and two Accords both petrol, changing oil and filters is only you need. I would buy an used Accord again but 10 y old is far more expensive than 10y old BMW 318i or 320i. Good luck
@@chrisddr3 engine in the 320i is known to have many issues so i doubt it will be more reliable than the golf. also the power aint really thay great so you will struggle to have fun in it even though it is rwd. i own one myself would prefer a gti anyday

Hey. I have the same car (320i 170hp) but with an automatic. Sometimes I have the same issue when I am trying to shift, the rpm go up just before the shift. Did you find any solution to this issue? Thanks

I have a e90 323i (canadian model) but my car doesn't go more than 200 kph and is said to have 200hp... does the European model have no limiter?
at least my e93 2.0i doesn’t (it has 185hp, originally 170hp). I think they limit the top speed to 250 kph in Germany, but it can be passed. Mine wouldn’t go that fast anyway. Maybe 230-238 kph max? It doesn’t matter, I kinda like to keep my license…

Ich fahre einen 2007 e90 320i mit 170ps(n43,das Wagen ist noch vorfacelift aber hat das facelift Motor drinne)
Habe das Auto in Juli dieses Jahr gekauft mit "154.000" km(eigentlich uber 210.000km weil der vorbesitzer hat die km zurückgelegt,arschloch)
Motor ist top,verbraucht kein Öl,verbraucht wenig Sprit(kommt drauf an wie viel und wie man fahrt,mein durschnitt 8.7L),Leistung ist da,bissi trage bis 3000 dann geht's ab,aber ab 4,5 dann geht's richtig vorwärts.
Biss jetzt ausgetauscht
-ZMS(zweimassenschwungrad)
-Kupplung
Insgesamt mit Einbau 1450e😬😬
(Der vorbesitzer wollte es schon tauschen aber war teuer,hat einfach zugemacht...)

Wie sieht es eigentlich mit den Injektoren aus und der Steuerkette.
Und ist der Motor laufruhig sowohl beim stand als auch beim fahren ?
@@pajserbabo52 Habe 118i Bj2008...der Wechsel von Kupplung und ZMS hast nur 1000 gekostet....in Berlin
@@capkinlevo Ich würde sagen einfach mit dem Verkäufer abreden, gegen Aufpreis neue Steuerkette zu machen wenn zuvor nicht gewechselt wird

hallo, ich habe auch enen n43 motor, mit ca 180tkm, sehr zufrieden, habe zwar ein mal motorschaden gehabt, aber das war meine schuld, einfach aufs auto aufpassen und es wird nie was passieren
Generell anfällig
Schönes Auto aber der n43 ist ein Fass ohne Boden (Motorschaden, Injektoren 2mal,Wasserpumpe,ventildeckel verzogen, magnetventile,klimakompressor) und das innerhalb von 2 Jahren. Vielleicht hab ich auch einfach nur ein Montagsauto erwischt
Kenne einige Leute die das Auto mit dem Motor haben unter Anden auch meine Mutter, es geht kommt viel drauf an wie man damit umgeht , was diese Motoren nicht mögen sind Ölwechsel nur alle 25k km mit 5w30 und Kurzstrecken, sowie Start stop aktiviert lassen. Injektoren können kaputt gehen genauso wie Wasser Pumpe und der NOX Müll. Ansonsten 300k km schafft so ein Motor in der Regel schon
Die Motoren beim E90 Facelift sollen sehr unzuverlässig sein, insbesondere der N43 Motor
( 320i und 318i )

@@capkinlevo Danke dir, Baujahr Ende 2007, 124.000 und jetzt 140.000, bin Vielfahrer und das Auto ist mein Alltagsauto. Ich habe währenddessen 2 Zündkerzen ausgetauscht.

@@capkinlevo Also am Motor wurde nicht viel getan, halt das übliche, BMW hat mir vor 1 Monat durch Rückruf noch eine neue Steuerkette spendiert

@@povdrivegermany7080 you should stay on the fifth gear in order to reach the top speed. I reached 230km/h+ on the same car but on the 5th gear.
The reached top speed is already mentioned on the vehicle specs data sheet.
