- I travelled to Dublin to watch the Dublin derby and as an English fan travelling over... it did not disappoint!

Was also my very first Irish game of football on Friday too. Sat in the same end to the left of the banners at the front. While the match quality was sometimes lacking; the atmosphere is incredible. It’s something I think we need more of in English football; particularly lower league.
Can’t wait to return to my next shamrock game. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a decent atmosphere especially in the close season.

And in the second round of the champions league qualifires we (Ferencváros) can face THE BIGGEST ENEMY of us slovan bratislava! You said that the Budapest Derby was really good , than you ve seen nothing compared what there Will be against Slovan bratislava. After what happened 30 years ago... You have sampled the Rover's supporters🟢⚪ in the Dublin Derby, now try the Bohs Supporters in Dalymount Park.🔴⚫ You won't be disappointed. May l suggest you visit Sligo Rovers🔴⚪,they like Bohs are a fan owned Club. Drogheda Utd 🟣🔵are a short train journey from Dublin, and are a very welcoming Club. Glad you enjoyed your trip 👍☘️🔴⚫

Shootings are not normal in Dublin. Granted it was pretty serious a few years back with the Kinahan v Hutch fued but, apart from the incident here, it has quietened down a fair bit since then. Dublin is a very safe city overall.
