I have this set and it's wonderful. A great build and highly detailed. Brick quality is perfect. No difference between them and Lego. All printed pieces except decal for the front that I didn't use. Instructions are also perfect. It looks great in my city.❤

This is a really nicely designed model. It wouldn't take much to convert it to a fully Victorian era version of the building. I can tell that the designers went to London, as this has the same floorplan (with some room size differences) as the actual 221B, which is the Sherlock Holmes Museum. I was there last weekend on a visit to London. Structurally, the only thing I see missing are the stairs that lead up to the 3rd floor. Those would lead up the same way as the other stairways.
That's a very nice box! Better looking than a lot of big L ones. With a different bakery signage and some brick textures the bakery would fit really well to the right of 221B!
I heard somewhere that the Sherlock canopy sticker is a two-part sticker. After putting it in place, you peel back the clear topcoat layer, which leaves the letters on by themselves. I would check this for myself, but I don’t have that modular yet.
I have heard this previously as well. So, I just went to check it again and Wow. That totally is the case. The canopy sticker as well as the 2 stickers on the 1st floor are all like that. The thermal pressed stickers. This makes sense since these are all stickers over multiple pieces but there we no instructions for the stickers. Thank you so much Coroa!!! I saw a review video for this set earlier today and ordered the set. It also praised the set and pointed out the issue with the "Sherlock Holmes" sticker. I enjoyed your video too and I'm looking forward to building this and discovering all the references to the Sherlock Holmes stories and TV show.

I have this ordered on Amazon so I'm really looking forward to it. The one thing I don't like that I see in your review are the stickers over multiple pieces. I will likely be leaving off the "Sherlock Holmes" on the front and finding tiles for the ones in the apartment. Aside from that I can't wait for this to arrive. Great video as always!

This definitely will be my first ever Pantasy set. I am a fan of Sherlock Holmes, but not a big fan. Because I just watch the RDJ's movie, not Benedict Cumberbatch's show. I really really need to continue my petition to Warner Bros to make the Sherlock Holmes 3 movie ASAP! Come on Warner Bros, RDJ is retired from Iron Man, they can do it now. :( Anyway, great video like always, Stacy. :)
Hey hey! Like one of your other viewers, I saw a review of this set earlier. I really do like the look of it! It, the building, seems to be based on the Sherlock Holmes Shop/Museum which is actually at 237 Baker Street. 221b is/was Abbey House, the home of a U.K. bank. I’m not sure why they’ve included the coffee shop. If it’s meant to be a Victorian version of Holmes then why would the ground floor be an eatery. It would more likely be more living quarters. I guess the designer has included it as reference to the BBC show, as you’ve suggested. Also, why include a fridge? Back then it would have been a pantry with a slab of marble to keep food cool. The amount of printed elements is really very good. A certain Danish toy maker should take note here! Will I be getting it? I’m not sure? The building itself is gorgeous and would fit into my modular collection, but, for me, I don’t need another coffee shop! And to change it to a Victorian style shop defeats the object! Thanks for sharing!

I had watched the recent BBC series with Cumberbatch, but this set did something the show didn't, it made me want to go back and watch the older stuff and hopefully this summer I will read the original novel😊. I like this set. However in terms of Chinese bricks, it is expensive. It is from a Chinese brand but costs almost a Lego price. Do you think the quality of the bricks match the price tag?
The quality definitely does match the price tag. Pantasy uses high quality Go Bricks and I cannot tell the difference between these bricks and Lego, they are that good. I love them. This is a unique set from Pantasy, so not a knock off, and is more than 3000 pieces. Same number od pieces, and size, as a Lego modular that would cost over $300 cad. What a great looking set 😍 only thing I'd note, the left-hand side of the building as you look at it, would that sit next to a modular that was the same depth as it? It looks like the ornate part of the pillar would obstruct two modulars sitting together unless it was like the bakery which you tested? If it's only 24x24 studs it could be easily fixed by MOCing a passageway up the side of the building up to 32x32 though. Great review 🙏
