I started reading reading it and was taken back by your advice and how you have helped so many people and how you continue to help while raising a young family. Many out there do not realize that the best medicine is making changes to the food we eat. I am in the process of losing weight because of a scheduled surgery. I have been doing Intermittent fasting. Dont.judge an engine by the paint job. It says more about you, probably all muscle with no bone mass. Ha!
