Today I averaged down into a loser again. I followed a plan I executed the plan but was oversized and averaged in. I stopped out at my %stop out and gave back 3 days worth of Green Day’s this week. I feel sick to my stomach because these things keep happening.

Impulsively adding to losers when you know conditions make it very improbable it will work, in other words it's known it's clearly not a situation with a planned scale in at one level beyond entry expecting a reversal, but e.g. shorting an upmove that is acting choppy squeezy, it keeps looking all weak like it's gonna reverse, and you're just a frog in a slow boil in hope land. That's when the serious guilt kicks in, because it's not just a rookie unknowing move, it's like self sabotage. Makes you wonder if your psychology is so off, that you just can't be a trader.

Thanks for watching! Here's an example - this morning the market is moving very slowly, but instead of waiting for better personality, i decide to "force" or "Manufacture" a trade out of thin air - not following any of my rules - just trading for the sake of trading, because I cant stay patient. Does that make sense? Im sure most of us can relate to that, right?

Joseph, did you grow up in New England? I pick up a few words here and there that might suggest it.
Youre good, Salvadore! Yes, I was born and raised in northern New England, moved out west for school and never looked back - how about you?

"Manufacturing trades, because I can’t stay patient". Could you give an example of such habit?
