Great job, love watching your videos, first i would weld the lower windshield surround, i remember there were some packing shims for the front subframe and you could do some measurements with fixed point on the rear subframe for aligment, take your time with it, you and velma deserve it, i made a complete mess of my front end.

Thanks for the advice 🙏. I have some brand new packing shims somewhere, I'll definitely try those. Good advice in taking my time 😊.

I'd try with the subframe & see if the o/s can move backwards slightly. Hopefully that'll help with it being offset. Looks good though 👌.

I think that's what I'll try before anything else 😊.

As the saying goes. If it dont fit, dont force it. Tac it in place and check it, Loosen the sub and see if it helps, 1mm here could be 4mm there

I was thinking the subframe wasn't in the right spot also. Maybe it'll help loosening. Thanks for your advice 👍

If you are going to run arches then in your compromise, I'd get the front right as no one will see the arch line

I have no arches yet, I'm not even sure which I need as my wheels aren't standard. But I definitely agree with you, the front needs to look flush.

The mim part OEM parts or aftermarket parts if so will need to be messed with just one of them things and wen they come out they did not care about panel fitting 100% out the factory were built in the millions the car for the masses 😊
