Wow, what an absolute treat to see you raise these Road Runners. Sorry the mama didn't survive. This was a very special video in the fact that you showed the progress in more detail than you typically do. Was fascinating to see them come out into the wild for the first time trying to figure out where they are and what they should do. I didn't know if they fly at all, so I looked it up, they do fly, but limited to about a minute, as they aren't adapted for long flight. @@GowildlifeOrg Another awesome similar video was the baby owls barn owls i think ...they were feisty and soooo adorable most adorable bird babies ever this one also shows the progress 💖 💗
Waren Check out the baby owls 🦉 video it too shows Martin raising them up and releasing..ill tell you if they aren't the absolute cutest but so FRESH and MICHIEVIOUS little critters I dont know what else can be so adorable
It's interesting how the Boy had such a different personality. He was the first to accept feeding from you and the last to distance himself from you! He was so trusting!
Martin! They are NOT ugly babies! Don't be rude! Thank you for the work you've done to help animals, for the work you are doing to save lives, and the work you are doing to build a strong future for this wonderful organization! You, your wife, and your volunteers are amazing! Bless you all!
It is amazing how programmed they are for survival. They were born with the instinct to care for themselves in just weeks! They run so fast even as youngsters! The phrase, "Beep, Beep" comes to mind! 🤣😂 Remember that cartoon? They are so unique. Happy Father's Day to you, Martin. You are a father to so many! God bless you always. ✝️🙏💫❤⚘✝️🙏💫❤⚘✝️🙏💫❤⚘
Heart wrenching! To hear about the Roadrunner mama. And happy to see three beautiful baby roadrunners healthy, happy, strong, vocal, and released when ready. R.I.P Mama Roadrunner ❤️
Oh my God. They are such adorable little brats, lol!! Has to be so hard to walk away from raising them up. A friend rescued one and was able to raise and release it. But oddly enough it stayed around his place for a very long time and absolutely knew my friend specifically. It was exactly the same as they act here. But it was amazing to see how instantaneously it recognized my friend when he stepped out in to the area behind his house.
I adore roadrunners and they always ran away from me. It’s delightful to see them close up. What a sublime video. I do appreciate your hard work and enthusiasm.❤️❤️❤️
I never really knew much about roadrunners until this video, and I think I can happily say they have been added to my favorite birds list! Great video, thanks for all you do for these beautiful creatures!
Hello from the UK, great video! What cool little birds! The rapid wing flapping when they want food is so great. You and your wife are doing an amazing job giving these wonderful creatures a second chance at life. Let them be roadrunners! Be free little birds.
I thoroughly enjoyed this video and judging by the way the baby road runners are viewing the landscape in which you're releasing them, proves how extremely intelligent they are. They did not just fly or run straight out the box, they are analyzing the situation, where you (Mr. Martin) fit in this new landscape, and what to do next. Beautiful and smart little birds and thank you for your love and care! Peace and Blessings from Texas USA 🌹❤🌹
This was my high point of my day and I must say my most favorite show of yours so far. I guess because I know the 3 little birds was a special part of all your experiences of raising/returning them back to the wild/their home. You guys are the real heroes and I couldn't have enjoyed watching your show as much as I have. It brings tears to my eyes when you released them. I think it's so much better releasing them the way you did so they had a little time to get use to the world around them and not so scary for them.
Thank you for the enormous effort that keeping these guys alive. Letting go is bittersweet. I raised some orphaned squirrels. And let them go in my back yard.
What an absolutely wonderful story. I watched intently with interest because you don't get to see these birds in the wild. They are fast and like to stay hidden. They were so adorable while begging for food like you were their mommy. It must be so hard to walk away when you let them go free. It is always the best thing you can do for these beauties. Thank you for sharing such detailed info.
Wow. that was fantastic. I enjoyed seeing the whole story from beginning to the end. Or not end, to their new beginning. I loved the part where you gave them the live crickets and they immediately brightened up and started tilting their heads and tracking and catching the crickets. Thank you for all your work of feeding them several times a day and providing them with the proper environment so they could grow. And then you choose such a good place for them to go about the rest of their lives. Your dedication is beyond words. HUGS
This was wonderful! I used to live out in the desert and we had a roadrunner that visited us daily. I had never seen babies before. I had forgotten just how beautiful they are! Thank you so much for giving them a second chance. Truly underappreciated birds.
They are so beautiful, we have a RoadRunner that comes to my back yard to take advantage of the water I put out for any wild creature that needs water to drink! It’s so sad that the mother of these precious babies died! But thank you to this man who is doing a wonderful job of a Foster Mom!🤗❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I keep thinking about them. Really touched my heart. And how amazing they are. Beautiful and cheeky. Sending my love. Hope to see them in the wild. Roadrunners ❤️
What a beautiful journey! I was on the edge of my seat for the entire hour long video and my attention span is usually about 4 minutes. Thank you for sharing your tenderness and care of these critters. Wonderful filmography.
This is the first time I view this segment, I love all of the others but this one had me smiling and laughing all through. Roodrunners are very interesting and funny raptors. Thank you for making my day a brighter day.
So I'm from a little border town and moved to Tucson 25 years ago. My daughter was raised here in "The Big City" lol. It tears me up inside thinking about all the stuff my kiddo has missed out on. In Douglas every day we'd see road runners in the yard, sidewinders, red racers and jack rabbits. Velvet ants, walking sticks and those big ol' moths. She's only seen 1 walking stick and that was years ago. We came across a Child of the earth/Camel spider and my kid dam near ran out into oncoming traffic lol. I wish more than anything she could have had the childhood I had... This video brings me back. Thank You.
Grew up in the Sonoran Desert foothills of Tucson, AZ. This brings back so many memories of the beautiful wildlife we have here. I'm stuck in Phx now but miss the wildlife. Love your efforts. You know I am 47 and thinking about changing my career to what you do. Cheers guys, thanks for all you do. I consider you as important as our first responders. Seriously you're that good. Drinks on me. - AP
Tear jerking!! You two are WONDERFUL PEOPLE!! Thank you SO MUCH for these videos!!! I am unfortunately homeless at this time of my life but I will NOT forget you I'M subscribed and will donate some money ASAP!!! Thank you again for the best videos I've EVER seen!!!
oh my goodness! they are too cute. amazing the difference from when they first came in so scared to days later when they’re begging & vocal. they really are like little velociraptors. love the sounds they make. and the way they move the tail slowly back and forth. such amazing birds. ETA: what a great moment watching the roadrunners come out of the carrier to their new home. seeing them investigate and be so curious is such an exciting thing to see. also, i’d love to hear the story of how a roadrunner got you two together :)
Thanks for your interest. Martin tells the story in a livestream where he included the Roadrunners as babies. It's here: th-cam.com/video/EECokRMzoxs/w-d-xo.html
I appreciate your expertise with all these amazing birds you rescue! I'm partial to Bald Eagles, but these little Roadrunners are special. Thank you for this video.
It's amazing how quickly they change and that long tail comes in! Do you think they'll stay together for a while? I feel so silly because I was an adult before I knew Roadrunners were real birds.
What a delight to follow their entire journey. Roadrunners a 1st for me to see as babies. Kudos to the time spent editing and compiling for our enjoyment.
This entire video is special road runners with personalities y’all were all Sooo connected and a y’all picked a beautiful spectacular perfect place to say goodbye to the babies 👋 thank you so much Martin and Susan 🙏🏾💕❤️🦅
The ending was so bittersweet, you put so much effort, emotions and time to keep them safe, you always mention to keep the human imprinting on them to the lowest levels, but they always will imprint on you. Saying "good bye, stay safe and be free" is the hardest thing to do when you see them grow and rely on your help. You are great people and you do the right thing.Thank you for the video, it's inspiring and comforting to know there are good people out there.
Just gotta share w U all how much I enjoyed the diary of your raising these guys. & to FYI, Native Americans believe that the Roadrunner spirit is a guide for you. They clear the trail ahead & warn u if there is danger. I recall seeing them often at a glance running across my path out front they scooting up in a small tree as if to say all’s clear enjoy ur travels! Thank u so much.
Oh Susan I know I would feel the same as you. You’ve raised them and now you have to let them go. You want to know that they will be all right. Such a hard thing to do. But you and Martin as always raise the babies to survive. What a great story from beginning to end. Thank you ☺️
Awwe, You can tell He didn't really want to let them go. It's all for the best I guess. you two are so sweet to help these animals. It's wonderful to watch
What cool little sounds they make,Thank you so much for everything you both do on a daily basis.I absolutely love these little guys and because of you both I have been able to learn so much about the Beautiful wildlife.I absolutely live each day now watching different nests etc.It has brought me so much happiness. It all started with one of your videos.😀
Thank you for sharing! I've lived in Texas most of my life and have seen many a roadrunner. But I never knew they were so vocal and made so much noise! Their tails have always reminded me of a signal flags, the way they wave them a form of communication.
Wow, captivated by this for the full hour +! What fascinating animals - and so entertaining, especially as chicks with their busy-busy wing-waggling and strange little sounds! Lovely to see them returned to the wild and figuring it all out :) Thank you!
That little one didn't get the same amount. You love those little Roadrunners as much as I love my 5 month old kitten, he's just a riot, he gets a little rough after he eats, then settles down & becomes a little angel. You must love your job, I love little animals too. I fell in love with my little kitten the first day. That little one dosent wait for no one he eats his food right away, no waiting, just grabs it and looks for more, ha,ha,ha. They even look like a real Rappter, probably a desendent of the real thing.
This is wonderful ive never seen a roadrunner nor babies So cute They way you talk to them is how i talk to my critters but id have to feed that mourqth of the south more lol
Loved this video, watching them grow, hearing about your beautiful lifelong story with roadrunners throughout. Thank you! it made my first few hours of work pretty peaceful. Its neat that even after decades of rehabbing you guys got to have this new experience with these babies!
Little MEEP MEEPs! ❤️ So tragic what happened to their mother, apparently no father? Just so thankful for your dedication, love and care for all! Thank you so very much
Hi I really love what you do I love little roadrunners I live in Las Vegas Nevada so I've seen plenty of them however much like you only big ones I never knew they made those funny sounds like little bumblebees very cute and moreover I never knew they were raptors either very intriguing. I've stayed up way past my bedtime quite a few times watching your videos and I know the animals don't have voices so I'd like to thank you on their behalf. I sure would like to drive out there and watch one get released. So epic so majestic and so beautiful
Thanks for sharing this wonderful video! I have been fortunate enough to watch them in the wild many times, but to see them up this close and personal at the end was truly a joy. One doesn't often get a chance to see them so still, stretching their wings, etc. so that you can see the beautiful plumage that they have hidden. I would have sat there for at least another hour just to watch. A very special Father's Day gift, indeed! By the way, I knew that they can sound like rattlesnakes, but the best I have ever heard that sound is in this video when you are feeding them as young babies! WOW! What a perfect performance of that.
I never realized just how Beautiful there truly are. It would be hard to give up but knowing they wouldn't really thrive I'd have to it.Thank you both for teaching me something else again.I really do appreciate everything you both do.
I grew up in AZ and used to seed a lots of quail roadrunners and jackrabbits.... And then I moved to NW Arkansas and have been here what I would call the latter half of my life. I find you a very important part of animals and their lives for rescuing and giving them a chance to increase. Here in Arkansas I used to see a lot more animals than I do now.... it seems like the whole population is dwindling... I also used to occasionally see a roadrunner in the past but not like in the southwest. I thoroughly enjoyed this video it really touched my heart... Thank you so much for the people you are... Many blessings to y'all
Absolutely LOVE your vids of the work you do. Keep it up. Every animal you've saved over the years is, whether it knows it or not, YOU are father to. Thank you so much!!!
Once, again, the camera person did an excellent job! She is right. Roadrunners do not stick around long enough. They are quick, and to be able to film them is grand. To raise them is a blessing. Glad that Papa Raptor had the opportunity to do so. This was a great/wonderful video!
Thank you for what you do for all wildlife. This was especially great for me to watch since I had a roadrunner here in Las Vegas I was feeding for awhile. We had quite a connection with each other and it was loads of fun to photograph and video it for awhile. Also nice to hear the beak clapping the chicks were making as I heard that a lot here with this bird.
These Roadrunner chicklets were so cute and adorable. For me this video was very educational and informative. I watched it twice so I could absorb every second of it. I hope the female Roadrunner has laid eggs by now and raised chicklets of her own. Thank you for a very informative video. God bless people like you!!
This was delightful to watch. Your work on all creatures behalf, including us humans, is wonderful. Years ago, I lived in Albuquerque, outside of the town, with a field out back and a roadrunner came to our home regularly. The little thing would run up and down our low wall. We would stand well away and enjoy it! This was "our roadrunner." And eventually he or she did what all wild animals do, off into the wild!
I just love this!! I’m new to southern Arizona via N.California I used to do transporting for Black-Crown heron & green heron chicks to a wildlife sanctuary in Auburn Ca….….and I’ve seen 4 adult roadrunners so far and really amazed at them….very elusive birds ….Thankyou for posting!
They're so amazing!! We used to have them here in Lake County California, adjacent to to Napa Valley California. Sadly I have not seen one in 20 years or more thanks to the wine industry and the growing human population. It's great to see them again, thank you so much for what you do. ❤ Congratulations on the new facility, so happy you now can save more of our brothers and sister winged one's. 🙏❤😇
I really don't have the words...that's crazy!! We had roadrunners nest in our shed once but I never seen... behavior up close like that, that, those, that was cool. Happy father's day Martin. Everyone have a great 4th of July. Much love from California 🔥💥✨✨✨🌟
I love, love, love roadrunners. They are around the lake house in central Texas and feel comfortable enough to walk around the house, even when we are there. One hops up onto a window where he can see his reflection. Such funny, evasive little creatures!
Bless you for your work! Just think, they probably wouldn't have made it this far without you! You should be proud & joyful to have raised them to survive on their own! Good luck roadrunners! ❤️ & Happy Father's Day to you!
Being from SW Oklahoma I've seen many roadrunners; but, I've never seen such young ones before; thanks so much for sharing ❣️ The little hungry one sounds like it's vibrating 🙂 WoW 😲 I didn't realize, until I looked it up that they've found roadrunner fossils from around 33,500 years ago; really cool to know that they've been around for so long❣️🙂❣️
Thank you for sharing!! I am a bird lover and I live in Maine so I have never seen a road runner before... they are adorable and have great personalities 💗 Thank you so much for helping and caring for the birds 🙏💓
Hi Martin and Susan. What wonderful, vibrant little things these roadrunners are. I've had a recent operation and have been feeling pretty cheesed off with pain etc.. But your videos have brought me so much enjoyment. I just wanted to thank you both. What an amazing service you're offering.
I love roadrunners too. They understand me when I talk to them, and they pose for my pictures, but when I look later they are so small they barely show up. But I just love them.
Magnific job! Congratulations! You`re so very very special for animals, be sure!!! I expect somebody will be continue it everywhere all the time. P.S.: In Brazil roadrunner is called PAPALÉGUAS. Hugs from Rio de Janeiro!
Could definitely tell this was a special experience for you both even as long as you’ve been doing this for. That was a real joy to see and hear in the video. Bless you guys!
Awe I wouldn’t want to let them go!!! Lol they are so interesting and beautiful creatures!! U did an amazing job with them! Thank you for all u and Susan do for all the animals!!!
Such beautiful babies. So glad they are free and you had the rare opportunity to raise them. Reminds me of my baby cockiteils they were small little yellow fluff balls and always begging for food. Thank you and you have a great day
Did you see the size of my sisters? Of course I'm going to be wanting more food. I'm the rent of the litter. 🤣🤣 Thank you for all that you and Susan do. Very adorable birds. Very interesting
I had a road runner help me unpack my groceries from the car into my house once. It was very curious about what I was doing. I was careful not to startle it when removing groceries from the back seat of my car while it was on the seat. It then followed me into the house with my groceries. I left the door open so it could leave when it wanted. The experience was very intense. After that I saw the road runner many times and it was not concerned when I was around. Simply beautiful. I never tried to feed it or anything.
You said it's your first time in 50yrs raising baby roadies. Well, now you have the knowledge and hands on experience sir. What an awesome Father's Day for sure
So precious!! These were my grandmother's favorite birds. She grew up in the desert. You're right, they are very hard to spot in the wild and when you do it feels like a special treat! What a great way to start this Father's Day. Thank you for what you do.

Loved seeing they scurry around so quickly during that fitsr outside feeding. Quick little birds.
Hearing him speak as he released them made me shed a tear. I'm thankful for your efforts and I'm glad you shared the experience with us

🖖😎👍
Thank you guys for the great work you do…
It's interesting how the Boy had such a different personality. He was the first to accept feeding from you and the last to distance himself from you! He was so trusting!
Not trusting, just took a little longer to get indendent.
I cried like a baby during the release; you’re so strong for being able to walk away. Thank you for raising these beautiful babies.
Yes, thank you very much!👏💐💕
Martin! They are NOT ugly babies! Don't be rude!
Thank you for the work you've done to help animals, for the work you are doing to save lives, and the work you are doing to build a strong future for this wonderful organization! You, your wife, and your volunteers are amazing! Bless you all!
Thank you for your interest
The only time I've seen your rescued birds hang around after release.
Definitely a rarity
It is amazing how programmed they are for survival. They were born with the instinct to care for themselves in just weeks! They run so fast even as youngsters! The phrase, "Beep, Beep" comes to mind! 🤣😂
Remember that cartoon? They are so unique.
Happy Father's Day to you, Martin. You are a father to so many! God bless you always.

It's not easy in the wild!
Thank you for saving birds! I'm involved in saving Asian Kole and Minor birds who dropped from nest, in Thailand.
Thank you for your interest
Heart wrenching! To hear about the Roadrunner mama. And happy to see three beautiful baby roadrunners healthy, happy, strong, vocal, and released when ready. R.I.P Mama Roadrunner ❤️
It's not easy in the wild...
They are a treat to see
Tail cantilever. I love it!
Just beware of canids wearing roller skates and an Acme rocket pack!
We hope they are doing well back in the wild
Someone will have to show them how to use bank safes and anvil traps to their advantage. BEEP BEEP! (Sorry, I couldn't resist).
It's all fun and games until packages labeled "ACME" start showing up at your door.
It’s okay…Martin has these guys trained up better than a Jamaican sprinter! No chance any mangy mutt can catch ‘em!
I adore roadrunners and they always ran away from me. It’s delightful to see them close up. What a sublime video. I do appreciate your hard work and enthusiasm.❤️❤️❤️
"It's hard to walk away". Indeed, what an amazing job you both did. Thank you for sharing your journey to let 'em just be roadrunners...gotta love it
We hope they are doing well
I never really knew much about roadrunners until this video, and I think I can happily say they have been added to my favorite birds list! Great video, thanks for all you do for these beautiful creatures!
Glad you enjoyed!
I's cute how at the 18 minute mark they rush right to Martin's knees knowing this is the food source.
Hungry beggars!
Roadrunner babies are all feet! Adorable! 💕
@@GowildlifeOrg One of them got an extra and another guy got 1 less. T.T
Hello from the UK, great video! What cool little birds! The rapid wing flapping when they want food is so great. You and your wife are doing an amazing job giving these wonderful creatures a second chance at life. Let them be roadrunners! Be free little birds.
Thank you for your interest and kind words!
the way they eat seems like they burn as many calories as a hummingbird. They are like tiny little ZOOM chickens
Lots of zoom for sure
"Zoom Chickens"! LOL
@@christinalaw3375 pretty sure it was meep meep.
Glad you enjoyed! Thank you for your interest
Thank you Roni, that's great to hear. These little guys were quite a treat!
Thank you for the enormous effort that keeping these guys alive. Letting go is bittersweet. I raised some orphaned squirrels. And let them go in my back yard.
Releases are the best part!
@@kathleenlairscey5934 do/did they come around?
@ yes for a year or so
What an absolutely wonderful story.
Glad you enjoyed. Releases are the best part!
Wow. that was fantastic. HUGS
Glad you enjoyed! We're glad to have the footage to remember them by!
This is what I imagine raising actual velociraptors would be like haha! I love these guys so much.
They are something for sure
This was wonderful! I used to live out in the desert and we had a roadrunner that visited us daily. I had never seen babies before. I had forgotten just how beautiful they are! Thank you so much for giving them a second chance. Truly underappreciated birds.
We hope they are doing well
They are so beautiful, we have a RoadRunner that comes to my back yard to take advantage of the water I put out for any wild creature that needs water to drink! It’s so sad that the mother of these precious babies died! But thank you to this man who is doing a wonderful job of a Foster Mom!🤗❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
It's not easy in the wild
I keep thinking about them. Really touched my heart. And how amazing they are. Beautiful and cheeky. Sending my love. Hope to see them in the wild. Roadrunners ❤️
It was a treat to see them grow!
What a beautiful journey! I was on the edge of my seat for the entire hour long video and my attention span is usually about 4 minutes. Thank you for sharing your tenderness and care of these critters. Wonderful filmography.
Thank you Eloise, we're glad you enjoyed!
This is the first time I view this segment, I love all of the others but this one had me smiling and laughing all through. Roodrunners are very interesting and funny raptors. Thank you for making my day a brighter day.
Glad you enjoyed
Wow, they really look like little velociraptors when they’re young. Fascinating little buggers.
This episode was so wonderful!! I enjoyed it immensely. Thank you for caring for the wild life the way you do. God bless you both. 🙏🏼💝
Glad you enjoyed!
Thank You.
We're glad you enjoyed!
- AP
Thanks for your interest and kind words
I have watched this several times and just can't get enough of watching these 'cute' little 'baby veloci- raptors!! ;)
They are a treat to see!
We really can't know if they will stay together, there are other Roadrunners in the area.
SAME!!! Always thought it was just a cartoon bird. I love these babies; they’re so cute and Martin and Susan did a great job!
That's funny! You must have watched the RR n coyote cartoons.
@@bakedandsalty9234 right!! I was thinking the same thing. That road runner sure got that coyote a lot.
Meep Meep! ☺️
What a delight to follow their entire journey. Roadrunners a 1st for me to see as babies. Kudos to the time spent editing and compiling for our enjoyment.
Glad you enjoyed! Now we have a record of them too!
This entire video is special road runners with personalities y’all were all Sooo connected and a y’all picked a beautiful spectacular perfect place to say goodbye to the babies 👋 thank you so much Martin and Susan 🙏🏾💕❤️🦅
Thank you Theresa, we appreciate your interest
The ending was so bittersweet, you put so much effort, emotions and time to keep them safe, you always mention to keep the human imprinting on them to the lowest levels, but they always will imprint on you. Saying "good bye, stay safe and be free" is the hardest thing to do when you see them grow and rely on your help.
You are great people and you do the right thing.Thank you for the video, it's inspiring and comforting to know there are good people out there.
Once again Martin, the wildlife Angel that you are to the rescue!!
We're glad they babies were brought to us
@@visible9976 uhhhhhhh, no. Just no. (There I go again, feeding trolls)
We enjoyed caring for them! It was a rare treat for us! Thanks for watching.
Oh Susan I know I would feel the same as you. You’ve raised them and now you have to let them go. You want to know that they will be all right. Such a hard thing to do. But you and Martin as always raise the babies to survive. What a great story from beginning to end. Thank you ☺️
Releases are the best part!
Thank you Ellen, we appreciate your interest and kind feedback
Thank you for sharing! I've lived in Texas most of my life and have seen many a roadrunner. But I never knew they were so vocal and made so much noise! Their tails have always reminded me of a signal flags, the way they wave them a form of communication.
It's a treat to see them up close
Wow, captivated by this for the full hour +! What fascinating animals - and so entertaining, especially as chicks with their busy-busy wing-waggling and strange little sounds! Lovely to see them returned to the wild and figuring it all out :) Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed!
They even look like a real Rappter, probably a desendent of the real thing.
happens...
Now this has been just about the best nature video I've ever seen! Love those Roadrunners !
Thank you Robert, we're glad you enjoyed!
18:22 omg I was just thinking they looked like tiny angry velociraptors 😂
They seem to have a convergent little niche don't they?
I did too just before Martin called them that 🤣
Called it
This is wonderful ive never seen a roadrunner nor babies
So cute
They way you talk to them is how i talk to my critters but id have to feed that mourqth of the south more lol
Piggly wiggly lol
Thank you, Martin and Susan. Happy Father's Day, Martin and happy 4th of July to all. Meep-meep!
Thanks for watching!
Loved this video, watching them grow, hearing about your beautiful lifelong story with roadrunners throughout. Thank you! it made my first few hours of work pretty peaceful. Its neat that even after decades of rehabbing you guys got to have this new experience with these babies!
Glad you enjoyed!
Little MEEP MEEPs! ❤️
So tragic what happened to their mother, apparently no father?
Just so thankful for your dedication, love and care for all! Thank you so very much
It's not easy in the wild...
They don’t meep they Whoot
Hi I really love what you do
I love little roadrunners I live in Las Vegas Nevada so I've seen plenty of them however much like you only big ones I never knew they made those funny sounds like little bumblebees very cute and moreover I never knew they were raptors either very intriguing.
I've stayed up way past my bedtime quite a few times watching your videos and I know the animals don't have voices so I'd like to thank you on their behalf.
I sure would like to drive out there and watch one get released.
So epic so majestic and so beautiful
I'm from Texas man and we see quite a few road runners they are beautiful
Agreed!
Thank you Ellen, we appreciate your interest and kind words
Thank you for your interest and kind words
You are wonderful man. I feed wild birds fourty years winter and summer. God bless you.
Thanks Abe!
Beautiful animated birds. Watching them grow up added a lot to their character. It’s a wonderful job that you’re doing . Thank you !
We hope they are doing well back in the wild
Thank you for your interest
These Roadrunner chicklets were so cute and adorable. For me this video was very educational and informative. I watched it twice so I could absorb every second of it. I hope the female Roadrunner has laid eggs by now and raised chicklets of her own.
Thank you for a very informative video. God bless people like you!!
If you weren't thousands of miles away I would love to come hang out and help with the feedings. These are so sweet.
Lots of folks help us from afar!
@@GowildlifeOrg I do that as well, thanks to still working at 69. 😃 But I'd sure love to see critters like these up close. Thank you for all you do.
Thanks Susan, it's nice when Roadrunners visit!
They are a treat to see
I'm in Auburn, Ca.
Thank you for your efforts Frances 💕
They're so amazing!! We used to have them here in Lake County California, adjacent to to Napa Valley California. Sadly I have not seen one in 20 years or more thanks to the wine industry and the growing human population. It's great to see them again, thank you so much for what you do. ❤
Congratulations on the new facility, so happy you now can save more of our brothers and sister winged one's. 🙏❤😇
I really don't have the words...that's crazy!! We had roadrunners nest in our shed once but I never seen... behavior up close like that, that, those, that was cool. Happy father's day Martin. Everyone have a great 4th of July. Much love from California 🔥💥✨✨✨🌟
Definitely a treat to watch up close, thanks for your interest
I love, love, love roadrunners. They are around the lake house in central Texas and feel comfortable enough to walk around the house, even when we are there. One hops up onto a window where he can see his reflection. Such funny, evasive little creatures!
They are a treat to see!
Bless you for your work! Just think, they probably wouldn't have made it this far without you! You should be proud & joyful to have raised them to survive on their own! Good luck roadrunners! ❤️ & Happy Father's Day to you!
Thank you Carol, we hope they are doing well
Amazing how much I learn from watching your awesome videos. The little cuties didn’t want to leave you. Animals just know good people
Being from SW Oklahoma I've seen many roadrunners; but, I've never seen such young ones before; thanks so much for sharing ❣️ The little hungry one sounds like it's vibrating 🙂 WoW 😲 I didn't realize, until I looked it up that they've found roadrunner fossils from around 33,500 years ago; really cool to know that they've been around for so long❣️🙂❣️
Young ones were definitely a rare treat
Thank you for sharing!! I am a bird lover and I live in Maine so I have never seen a road runner before... they are adorable and have great personalities 💗 Thank you so much for helping and caring for the birds 🙏💓
Thank you Trina, glad you enjoyed
Hi Martin and Susan. What wonderful, vibrant little things these roadrunners are. I've had a recent operation and have been feeling pretty cheesed off with pain etc.. But your videos have brought me so much enjoyment. I just wanted to thank you both. What an amazing service you're offering.
I always thought adult road runners were much larger. I guess I was thinking of the cartoon where they looked almost as big as the cayote.
Or an Ostrich…lol
I love roadrunners too. They understand me when I talk to them, and they pose for my pictures, but when I look later they are so small they barely show up. But I just love them.
Magnific job! Congratulations! You`re so very very special for animals, be sure!!! I expect somebody will be continue it everywhere all the time. P.S.: In Brazil roadrunner is called PAPALÉGUAS. Hugs from Rio de Janeiro!
Thank you Fabrini, we appreciate your interest
This is the best animal release I've ever seen! God bless!
Could definitely tell this was a special experience for you both even as long as you’ve been doing this for. That was a real joy to see and hear in the video. Bless you guys!
Always special!
Best father's day ever. I love road runners also. I live in NM and see road runners occasionally. I always revel when seeing them.

What wonderful mini documentary! You both are so kind as well. Great job!

Such beautiful babies. So glad they are free and you had the rare opportunity to raise them. Reminds me of my baby cockiteils they were small little yellow fluff balls and always begging for food. Thank you and you have a great day
They grow so fast!
Did you see the size of my sisters? Of course I'm going to be wanting more food. I'm the rent of the litter. 🤣🤣
Thank you for all that you and Susan do. Very adorable birds. Very interesting
Hungry critters!
That was supposed to be runt 🤣
I had a road runner help me unpack my groceries from the car into my house once. It was very curious about what I was doing. I was careful not to startle it when removing groceries from the back seat of my car while it was on the seat. It then followed me into the house with my groceries. I left the door open so it could leave when it wanted. The experience was very intense. After that I saw the road runner many times and it was not concerned when I was around. Simply beautiful. I never tried to feed it or anything.
They are a treat to see in the wild!
Your nurturing voices are wonderful to hear.
Hey, they quickly click their beaks at a young age, very distinctive sound.
They are definitely distinctive!
O my goodness their adorable . Such an amazing man for what he does !
"WOOOO!!! Martin and Susan are magic look at how they changed our habitat"!😂
You said it's your first time in 50yrs raising baby roadies. Well, now you have the knowledge and hands on experience sir. What an awesome Father's Day for sure
Beautiful birds beautiful people

Thank you so much for showing us this. My wife and I really loved watching them grow. Thanks from England 🇬🇧
Great to hear, glad you enjoyed! Greetings back to England!
When they are juveniles ... their feathers are absolutely gorgeous! Iridescent greens and blues!
Agreed!
So precious!! These were my grandmother's favorite birds. She grew up in the desert. You're right, they are very hard to spot in the wild and when you do it feels like a special treat! What a great way to start this Father's Day. Thank you for what you do.
The little guys were so adorable when they come right up to you for food.
They were a treat to watch!
