What is rennet.? I'm finding it difficult to find it
I've seen halloumi made in Cyprus and Turkey and it is the same process except for spreading with salt and mint and being folded.
How long can it last in the fridge ?

I showed this to my grad grandmother she makes halloumi for 40 years we are cypriot she sed that that is not halloumi that's trash
This looks closer to mozzarella than halloumi cheese to me
